I ordered 2 Happy Meals 1Frappe I get home after a 35+ min. Drive THEY GAVE ME THE BOXES WITH NO BURGERS!! I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED N TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS GONNA STOP by Today . I WENT BACK THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG STUFF AGAIN ONLY ONE BOX WITH 2 FRENCH FRIES. WHEN ON MY TICKET SAYS 2 Kids meals . FRIES. Apple slices .n burgers Then Manager Wants to tell me that I only order 1 happy meal n one cheese burger. WTFk. I have 2 kids why would I only order 1 happy meal. 🤬🤬🤬 I had my ticket with me . ... Not only once but 3 times 🤬🤬🤬 What kind of Management is that .. They didn't even bother to read the order or what. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

This McDonald's is one of the slowest, unorganized, filthest, disrespectful McDonald's I have ever eatin at and let me tell you I have traveled outside of the United States to 5th world countries so I understand Filthiness and poor service at least they have an excuse I mean they have no running water and most don't have electricity but I still would rather eat out of the small trash lids than ever eat at this McDonald's in Cleveland TX. You know the one next to taco bell and across from Walmart just in case you didn't know. They were so slow that the ice cream that they served to a lady that wasn't even with me was melted when they served it to her. McDonald's get some Adults in the management position that is at least 18 years old. I have more to say but I'm just sick to my stomach to think about this McDonald's in Cleveland TX just in case you forgot where I was at. I would rate them 0 stars if I could have.

Fast.. even though on the phone app ot says they dont start making it till you get thwre and check in it was fast amd even addef a drink to my order, onnsame card used in the app so i still got one reciept.

I'm writing this because I have been to Cleveland,Tx drive thru slot of time but n the last two weeks we go thru the drive -& find out know egg sandwich had no meat on it but was order with meat& cheese but that was a problem but then order we oder chicken nuggett with french fries but no napkin R no sauces & this second time the same problem what R you'll hiring 12 yr old to work n the drive thru but did talk to Manger she said it two different time that excuse the drive thru people they know better but my thing I told her that I live you far to turn around everytime this happen but first time over look this but three times to much no wonder they don't have to many customer when these people keep making these mistakes like this

We always get the bundle for my kids but omg I've never heard you can get a basket full of fries for the same price of 2 bundles . It's like 6 small fries in it. Kudos to the owner . We will stop on the way back home to Lufkin .

This location is always extremely busy but the drive through line moves pretty fast even when the line is long. I'm not to impressed with the iced coffees, every time I get one it tastes watered down or its full of coffee grounds.

Just left this McDonald's ... what an absolute embarrassment to the franchise Owner and Managers of this location. There were no less than four or five kids (employees) lolligagging around in front of the area where Customers receive their orders. Two or three were eating ice cream (I honestly don't know ... this could be an employee perk). They might have been off work or taking lunch break, but appearance should still count for something. As for the new order kiosks ... I've never been a McDonald's employee and will never use them. Ever. And the real shame here? Very simply that these kids have zero sense of self-respect. Today's generation ... wow ... way to represent. I'd like to rate this with only one of the points on one star, but since I can't this location's Owner, Managers, and staff get the benefit of five times a better rating than they earned.

Needs better management can hear coworkers cussing and not listening to the manager. Counted about 7 people at the front and orders taking to long to pick up. Order two frappes and they took 18 minutes to notice I didn’t have my order

Welcome to the worst fast food service in Cleveland tx. I ordered a Big Mac with light sauce and got extra sauce. If you ask cheese they won't add the cheese. If you ask for plain burger you get everything on it. The customer service skills sucks when ordering through the drive thru menu, they are rude when ordering. Their welcome greeting is silence or what do you want or sometimes just "Yeah" maybe once or twice in 9 years have I heard welcome to McDonald's can I take your order. It was probably not a child or child manager running at the time. What happened to the old school service? I'm thinking the owners need to take a good look at their company or companies and how there training is.
