No explanation of why they are closed and was during "open" hours. Had gotten a notification my prescription was ready & wasn't really surprised to see this when I arrived 30 minutes later. This is a pretty poor pharmacy, any time I have had questions about a medication or further details, the pharmaceutical tech wasn't very knowledgeable.

Incompetent pharmacy. Medication delayed sometimes and it’s not because of insurance because I do not have insurance. Most of the time I can’t get any one to answer the phone. I’ve never experienced a pharmacy not answering the phone until this pharmacy. It’s one thing to be put on hold a long time but to not answer the phone is unbelievable.

Staff stared right at me and did not direct customers where to stand. Continues to skip another gentleman and I, I guess they assumed we would "figure it out"...After we got skipped for the 3rd time with lady staring each time, we did INDEED FIGURE IT OUT! My prescriptions were called in at 11am and were still not ready at 3pm... I called at 2pm to see they were ready, they never told me that they needed new insurance info. My 5 month has to do without his meds again for another day because I will be transferring his prescriptions to Cleveland Pharmacy. Everytime I get a prescription here it's never ready or on time. Some of the staff is great but others do not seem to care about customer satisfaction at all ....im absolutely livid 😡😡😡

Do Not ever go here. They dont take good rx coupons or any other discount coupons. The black receptionist is extremely rude and didn't care i had good rx coupon that made my medication 16 dollars. She wasnt having it I needed my prescription was extremely important and she insisted on charging me 300 dollars. I told her i had previously filled my prescription there for 40 bucks and how are you charging me more for less prescription. She told me the best she could do was 200

Sorry excuse for a Pharmacy. Dropped prescription off on Wednesday evening told them I'd pick up on Friday. Friday waited in the slowest moving line ever to be told they were going to fill it now. Please wait 15 min. 30 min later 20 just waiting in the line@ Pharmacy, to be told they didn't have the right amount on hand to come back tomorrow after 12. So Saturday afternoon waited in line for 15-20min to be told they didn't have the medicine on hand @ all and would have it filled and waiting on Tuesday. So @ this point I'm baffled as to how this could be and thank God it wasn't a life depending on the medication. Never the less wanted till Saturday as no news from them is good news....well wrong. No wait this Saturday morning and still no medication. So in recap 2 weeks and not able to fill a prescription. No courtesy call to say hey we don't have it after being told twice by them they ordered it. I spoke with the manager of the department and he could care less. Typical generic answers and very apologetic yet still allowed this to fall through the cracks after I explained it to him after the second failed fulfillment incident. Will never return and will advocate for how bad this place is.

This used to be my go to pharmacy since I could get my shopping done as I waited. Unfortunately the last 6 months have been terrible! I was told a varying time of wait between 30 minutes to 1 hour, but usually waited closer to 2 hours each time. The staff are friendly and the prices are great. I guess it's OK if you live locally and are able to drop your prescriptions off and come back. Unfortunately I live too far to do so. I recommend brookshire brothers pharmacy, I never have to wait more than 30 minutes.

If you call just pray you don't get Joslyn on the phone. She will put you on hold forever and when you call again because you are tired of waiting she will tell you she's putting you on hold again then hang up. She did it to me twice. She's completely rude. My doctor sent my prescription on 6/21 and guess what a week later they still don't have it.

This place is an absolute joke. Went in today to pick up prescription that was dropped off 6 hours earlier, they didn't have the medication and didn't bother to call and let me know even though we've been through t jis before with them and was assured they would call next time they couldn't fill it. The girl said tjey try to when they have t he man power but today they didn't. REALLY??? It's phone call, I needed to make other agmrrangements, the meds were a necessity and kind of an emergency to have tonight. They are dealing with people's health but obviously they don't care. AND, tyhe girl working the register needs to move a little faster and could get a clue!! Absolutely the worst experience!!
