The most ridiculous rudest group of ppl I've ever encountered at a pharmacy. Transferred to Rowlett and life is much better.

Not a coupon-friendly store. I always have issues here & the manager doesn’t even try to understand. The employees have little to no understanding in booster coupons, registered rewards, or digital coupons. The manager just says “you can’t use them” and doesn’t even try scanning them. Better off driving to another Walgreens and save your time & money.

Hispanic chick who was working 4/18 around the afternoon is out of pocket. Leave your compliments to yourself. You like men with freckles, WELL get your own. Your comments toward my husband were inappropriate. I work on the same street as you. Do not cross that line again.

Thank you George..at the Photo center. Very kind and helpful..my daughter wanted to print some pictures....Glad this place have..kind, polite,friendly associates. Also cashier..very helpful and patience withmy daughter. She try to talked to her..cause my daughter was upset..I did not buy her what she wanted... Thanks. Do not know her name..name not on receipt either..wearing clear glasses.. Thanks

Put me on hold several times and NEVER say who they are and "could you please hold" They never look at the computer order. More than one time have I called ahead to verify that the order is worthy only to arrive and find out that it is not processed yet or they cannot find the prescription. They are completely inept and unable to deal with actual people.

Never will I come back to this Walgreens! The ladies in the back of the pharmacy are so unprofessional! I pull up to the drive thru at 1:15 this lady stares at me then when I pull up instead of notifying me they may have lunch or something she puts up a sign that says pharmacist not available and ignores me as I try to ring and get a time to come back! thank you so much for your awful customer service!!

The new technician who picked up phone is bad. She told me incorrect information and when I said I wanna pick up my meds in the next 30 minutes, she said we are short staff so it will be more than 1 and a half hour. I rarely know a pharmacy that DO NOT prioritize people who are gonna pick up their meds urgently.

The Pharmacy is the worst. They get more angry and impatient with having to help than the customers get having to wait on them. I didn’t hear what the lady had said about my script being delayed and she shouted it back at me. Everyone staring at this point and knows about my script when they shouldn’t… And this lady has been passive aggressive in the past but this was just rude and hostile. Switching to the cvs down the road bc they are kinder. Please get new staff in your pharmacy.

This pharmacy failed to get my family member vaccinated here. The pharmacy called at 2 to ask us to come in earlier than the 4:20 vaccination appointment because the Moderna shot expired at 3:20. I was driving and missed the call. I still tried to get there in time when I got the message and was told on the phone Pfizer is available if the other one was too late. Got there at 3:30 and was told both were expired. They acted like it was our fault even though we were there an hour earlier than our appointment. It is their job to prepare shots for appointments and not waste them. We went to Fair Park and got the last shot appointment of the day with friendly, caring ,and efficient service from unpaid volunteers and military even though they administered thousands of shots.

Pharmacy was actually great! Got my flu shot. All good. But they gave me a coupon for $5 off $20. Walked all through the store to find $20 of stuff to buy. Got to the counter and the coupon didn't work! Manager came over and said it's only for select items. (I had read the coupon and did not have any of the exceptions on the counter). No matter. Manager chose not to make it right. Big waste of time. I won't be back to this store even though I liked the pharmacy staff quite a lot.
