I’ve been living on the walnut area for 20 years and have been going to this Kroger for many years as well and it’s sad to see how drastically this Kroger has gone down hill. Not not only is there never any carts available and if there is they’re all messed up ! But there’s always a bunch of homeless people now sitting outside by the door asking for money and smoking cigarettes. Makes me not want to even get off my vehicle and pass by them, seems very low for this store to allow people like that to be sitting there asking for money, the little carts to shop never work and can never seem to be any inside the store, only outside. The few carts that are available are thrown into each other by the employees all the time, no wonder they never seem to work properly. I’m very saddened by this Kroger, it used to be my favorite one.

This store is not that clean shelves r not stocked and it is a indoor dog park not service dogs it is nothing like other Krogers have shopped thier from the beginning will drive to Richardson r another Kroger it should be closed it makes Kroger look bad The frount of the store Stinks like ash tray they let people smoke in front a of the door getto kroger

The store is OK but I hate going in the store trying to shop and there is always someone trying to sell you something from the bank people to the spectrum people they always letting people stand around and harass the customers and as nice as I am I always go ahead and stop knowing I don’t need what they are selling it’s so annoying I wish they would stop letting people come in the store and sell things I’m just trying to shop !!! And when you tell them oh no I’m OK they still be trying to get you to stop and let them look up your information or try to convince you ! I understand the sales perspective but please let me shop in peace!!! Sincerely a Kroger shopper

Unless you want to be hounded by Spectrum reps that are rude and unprofessional avoid Kroger. Gnats flying over their “fresh fruit” isn’t cute either. When you call to speak to a manager you’re left on hold for 10 mins. Just avoid it.

OMG!!! I have never, especially since the pandemic, been to a store and had an experience like I had yesterday at the Kroger on Walnut in Garland. This is not my normal Kroger store, but I had an appointment in the area so I did a pick-up order. Of course, I was an hour early so I went into the store to pick it up along with a few other things. But back to the point, every person I came in contact with, EVERYONE, was so friendly and kind. They were helpful as well but the genuine kindness I found in this store was so refreshing I had to say great job to everyone, you made my day!! I will be making your store a part of my shopping from now on!! Just a suggestion,,,maybe this store management could do some training with other locations!! Just saying!!!

Worst customer service ever. Could not fill an order sent in 6 hours before pick up. They should hire someone who can get items together and not give excuses.

We went to the deli for some ham. The woman...she was no lady...was the rudest person I have EVER had wait on us. My husband got so upset we had to leave. She was hateful and acted as if we were bothering her. All we said was we needed some shaved ham and she started being hateful. She got a ham that was honey and we told her we wanted smoked...then she really got mad...she got mad, not us. But when she started to cut the ham she was yelling and it went down hill from there. Will not go to this deli as long as she has to wait on us.

First time in a long time I had a good shopping experience late at night. The guy running the self check out lanes was super nice and helpful. He greated every one who came in the store. Very glad to see customer service is getting better at this location.

I love this location. Ice been coming here every day for the last 3 years and the quality of service has stayed consistent throughout the entire time. I especially love the daily savings. I love the wide selection of discounted bakery items, especially when the prices are already the lowest around town.
