I love my CVS. The ladies that work during the day and the gentlemen that cover the night shift are always helpful and super nice. I always feel safe if I have to visit late at night. And the store is so clean. I'm glad I have such a great neighborhood CVS

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very clean. I got my pictures printed out. Got them printed out on the same day. I had some trouble with the photo machine, but the manager was calm and figured it out.

The young boy who works at the register made me feel very uncomfortable when I go this CVS to buy personal products,he was very judgmental about it ,he shared his opinion to me (opinions that i didn’t ask for) about what I was buying. He was saying stuff like and i quote“i don’t need these stuff , i go to church ….i’m a man of God” ….avoid this CVS …Worst customer service ever👎👎👎

I regularly visit this CVS location. Sometimes the customer service is excellent; other times it could be better. Pharmacy staff is usually busy but willing to take the time to answer questions and provide a quick transaction. I visited the drive thru pharmacy on a Sunday afternoon and received prompt and very helpful service. I’ll keep coming back to this convenient location, and I’ll add that CVS coupons and extrabucks really are fantastic.

Karen is the pharmacist here. She gives you the full Little Miss Can't Be Wrong treatment. She doesn't care about your prescription, she only cares about making sure you know how right she is. It is YOUR fault for not being able to read her perfect thoughts. It is YOUR fault for daring to ask her a question. She don't care if you fall over dead right there.

I ride a bicycle as my main mode of transportation. They have no bicycle rack, and the only high visibility place they to tie up a bike they covered today so it is no longer accessible. The only location they have left to tie up is an unsafe location around the side of the building. They removed separators they had up for Covid, and now encourage people to ignore social distancing rules at checkout. Very unhappy with how they have changed things in the last few months. Don is great though, always has been.

Very Poor Customer Service, Misty, GM is rude, and has poor customer service skills. I came in on 1/25/21 approx. 2:50 pm. Came in for 1 thing in the cosmetic aisle, they had the entire aisle torn up and 4 employees working, the makeup racks were half down, couldn't find anything. I didn't know it was a mgr, but she asked if she could help, I said no, I prefer to find it myself, and went to where the cosmetic brands usually are in place, couldn't find anything, and with the aisle a mess, 2 shopping carts in the way and no space in the aisle, I just left the store. When I tried to called the store to speak with the mgr, Misty was rude, never apologized for the mess, and when I said there is never an issue at the store on Frankford, she copped an attitude, and said, "Well just go there then." I will file a formal complaint against her and this store, as she often has pitiful excuses as to why her store is such a mess, and her poor attitude leads one to believe that she cannot handle criticism at all, and gets very defensive which is extremely poor for a person who is supposed to role model good customer service. I will NOT return to this location, and I would recommend that anyone who lives in this area go to another location, as the mgrs at the other stores are professional, courteous and don't have attitudes like hers.

I’ve been going to the store for about five years. It’s not new, so it doesn’t have the beautiful look of a crisp new store. However, all I can say are good things about this location. Last night I had left something at the store, and the person working in the evening after the pharmacy closed, was very very helpful to me. And very very patient with me. And I will say that they found my item!

This location has great service and it is in a great location for the community. Went to pick up a prescription and spent less than 5 minutes in the drive thru. Very convenient and the pharmacist was speedy and friendly.
