I visited this Walgreens this morning. First of all I would like to say that the negative review that I am about to talk about is not directed at the Pharmacy part. I did pick up a prescription and the Pharmacist that assisted me was great. I give her five stars. Again the one 🌟 is not for the Pharmacy. After I got my prescription I needed one more item. I proceeded to get it and went to the check out. It was really early I would say around 7:30 or 8:00 a.m. When I went to the counter the cashier was looking at my roll along bag. I do not have a car at the present and have to depend on bus and train. I was going to the grocery store afterwards. That lady did not need to look at my bag and assume that I was a thief. I get so tired of that and it is descimination. I found myself apologizing to her for having my bag which I never should have apologized. I think the reason I did was because I wanted her to know that I noticed her looks. I will continue to come to the Pharmacy and pray that lady is not there when I come. I will never purchase one more item from the front. I will not spend my hard earned money at a place that allows cashier's to treat customer's in that manner. I really hope that a manager will read this and stop such actions. I expect more from cashier's.

I too have experienced the long lines due to understaffing but have put up with it b/c of the $ I save on Rx over CVS or grocery store pharmacies. But recently they over changed me and my insurance company. I had an Rx transferred from another pharmacy to Walgreens. It had only a 60 day supply left. When I picked it up I did get the 60 day supply, but I was surprised at the higher price per month than the original pharmacy. After a couple of weeks I got an EOB from my insurance company stating that they (and I) were charged for a 90 day supply. Because it had been over a week since the overcharge corporate would have to cut a check. And that is going to take 4 to 6 weeks. They'll steal your $ in a second but good luck getting it back anytime soon.

Just walked in and waited in pharmacy line for 25 minutes to be told their system is down and they can't help me. This pharmacy has very unprofessional standards and treats customers rudely

Got my 3 year-old’s COVID-19 vaccine. Giving 2 stars because at least they offer the vaccine and the website appointment interface is convenient. But go to CVS! I had an appointment and arrived on time. I waited with a 3 and 5 year old for 50 minutes in a crowded pharmacy for our appointment. And - they do not have a restroom available to customers- for a 3 year old who is potty training and waiting for his vaccine. The pharmacy tech helpfully told me how to get to the gas station down the street.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Long wait times at nearly any time of day. They inundate you with auto-calls but if there is actually a problem to address (ex:insurance coverage) no one picks up the phone to discuss.

I went in at 7pm on a Monday to pick up a prescription for my son. The store staff greeted me warmly. The pharmacy was busy but I only waited in line for less then 10 minutes. The pharmacy had about 6 employees all working with customers. It was a great experience- short wait and problems at all.

I wish I could leave a negative 0 review. I have been so patient with this pharmacy and given them so many chances. I am a patient with celiac, cancer, and multiple ongoing infections. I am at this pharmacy, several times a week and every single time without fail. There are issues. I have never seen such horrible communication. I have to call and confirm medication’s each time. They are called in and call again to make sure they are actually ready. The WORST customer service.

I have been going here for years. Never a problem. In the last 4 months the pharmacy staff has become rude, unhelpful and discurteious. I am looking for a new pharmacy...everyone is always nice at Costco.

I’ve never seen a Walgreens like this! The drive thru pharmacy is constantly backed up with cars no matter if it it’s 2pm or 10pm or 2:30am, the drive thru is always packed. If you go inside to the pharmacy, there’s an equally long line. They’re incredibly understaffed and take forever with one customer. (I'm at the 53rd minute mark in that pic...there are only 3 of us in this line...) Oh and dont try called their number, i’m always on hold for 30+ mins minimum to ask a simple question. Again, ive never seen a Walgreens like this…it’s insane!

No idea why this place has such a low rating. They got my son’s medication ready within less than an hour, had it correct, and I got in and out really fast. Plus the staff was exceedingly friendly. Sounds to me like a lot of the people that give a negative review here are just annoyed by some medication not being a available. That stuff just happens, people. Be gentle, take care of each other. This is good and clean pharmacy. Also, they gave a Redbox if you’re in need of one. It’s on the east side of the building.
