i went in to get “monday” brand shampoo, pay, get home and open the bottle up. the pump had what looks like a bug as well as brown-yellow sludge as well as it mixed into the (what is supposed to be) clear shampoo! thanks cvs!

Rude pharmacy staff couldn't help me asked me to do it online and when doing it online in front of their face I'm showing them their location isn't coming up and just said I can't help u when clearly they have a sign saying they accept covid shot walk ins

We Love going into this CVS for our prescription needs and sometimes other items especially "buy one get half off 2nd one sale". No matter what door you go in/out you are always greeted with "Good Morning", "Good Afternoon" or Thank You. Our FAVORITE Employee is "Greg" the pharmacist. He goes Above & Beyond. There's not a time that he doesn't recognize us by name. Because I'm WC bound, I don't always go to the store..so I call Greg to let him know that my spouse is coming up there. I tell Greg what prescriptions I need and/or other items. If my spouse forgets something, Greg Always remember what I asked for then reminds my spouse. A few weeks ago my spouse & I came in to pick up prescriptions & get our COVID Booster shot. Greg saw us waiting in line, addressed us by name then administered our booster shot himself! He's a Pharmacist....he didn't have to do that. He said he didn't want us to stay in line as seniors any longer. The ladies behind us said, Wow What Customer Service! I said yes.... that's Greg...is always that way! Greg....Thank You for Above & Beyond Customer Service! Also Thank You to the Other Friendly Employees there as well!

I am a home health assistant and come to this location for my clients . So I want to acknowledge this store for cleanliness, and the gentleman that has went out of his way serval times to help me for his amazing customer service skills..As a shopper I have seen a decline in customer service . Especially since covid so I wanted to take the time to appreciate this store in particular on behalf of me and my elders I work for...

The pharmacist, Joy, was beyond helpful in assisting me with getting a prescription that was sent to a pharmacy in another state straightened out. She took the time to hear the issue and offered solutions. She even offered recommendations when inquiring about different specialists in the area. She is an asset to this store and CVS as an organization!

This is a great CVS. Super careful and very efficient at filling your RXs. They even call you if your insurance doesn’t cover the RX! They will apply past coupons or even look some up for you to help you out if you’re paying out of pocket. Probably the best pharmacy we have had!

I’m still angry that this CVS is located here. Lakewood deserves unique stores, not another chain, especially CVS. I only go there if I have an emergency and need something CVS sells right this second. I’ve been there two times, with first buying the pain medicine for my post-op. I asked one of the pharmacist what were the bumps on my arm and he had no clue. Shingles! I had shingles up and down my arm...my broken clavicle arm!!!

Just spoke with pharmacist about ordering a special medicine and he went out of his way to accommodate me. Made a notation in my file too. Have been to other CVS and they would just tell me it couldn't be done. Thanks for the great pharmacist at this location. HR should eval their other locations!
