I really don’t leave reviews but this store is really bad, it has the worst employees. they have their selfs empty with all the product in the back. I told the lady and old man that work at night shift that I needed some tide for my spend 40 offer and she said if it’s not on the self we don’t have it.. when I clearly can see it in the back through a small window and it was full.. she said we aren’t pulling them out until night shift does or until we get another truck.. I told her so u won’t pull what ever u have in the back until another truck come in. She’s tryed to change it again. Then she said that if I use cupons I can’t use extra bucks because thats another offer that can’t be combined together.. even the weekly add promotes both, and then she said if we continue to use both she will start ringing us up, And won’t let use use self check out anymore.. this is crazy I’ve never heard of that on my 2 years that I used both.. now I guess cvs employees are trying to make up their own rules -.-… well I guess I won’t be coming to this store anymore. that lady for ruining this store for me and I hope that pretending like u own the store helps you feel better

For some reason, I have to call in to get them to apply my discount card for my meds every time. It's a struggle each and every time. Pretty sure it's time to dump CVS.

Common antibiotic prescription called in at 12:20pm and not ready until 9am the next day. Tech was unprofessional—mumbling when explaining and generally rude attitude towards customers.

Pharmacist Farrell Fort is absolutely awful. He seems to have a personal vendetta of some kind, or at a minimum a strong prejudice. I’m not sure if it’s the way I look, or the way I speak, or what I’m asking for at the pharmacy counter. This is the 2nd time I’ve had the same experience with this gentleman. My wife and I are trying to have another child, and I’m undergoing treatment at a mens’ clinic for infertility. A part of that prescribed treatment is an hcg subcutaneous injection at home each day via a very small insulin needle, sold in packs of 10 at local pharmacies. I have this hcg prescription filled at the clinic itself, but they are out of stock of insulin needle/syringe combos. Despite explaining this, and explaining there is no law prohibiting the sale of these insulin needle/syringe combos, he refused to allow the pharmacy tech to ring me up for them. In fact I’ve scoured CVS’ policies for anything about this personal policy of Mr. Fort’s; I have found nothing. I’ve also called into CVS for help, and they assured me this should not be the case for a 29g needle or less and 1mL or less. What’s funny to me is that I drove less than a mile to the next CVS and had no problem purchasing these syringe combos. Thank you Mr. Fort for the unnecessary, but amusing comedic relief calling me a “juicehead”. It seems nature nor pharmacist wants us to have that 2nd baby!

I scheduled a Covid booster here but the technician refused to give it to me because I didn't have my vaccination card. I explained to him that I lost it but have a picture of it on my phone and my first two doses were at CVS. Still, he refused to give me the booster shot. What ticked me off enough to write this review is the lady before me had the exact same situation. She was able to get a booster shot because, and I quote, "she was from out-of-state". Talk about being rude right to my face.

The pharmacy has one job, to fill prescriptions. Despite the fact that I call for my prescription says in advance, this pharmacy fails to order my prescription in a timely manner. This CVS pharmacy has me constantly chasing down prescriptions across town at other CVS’. This pharmacy has made me miss doses due to their inability to fulfill their primary function, and they are rude about it. Don’t bother with them.

Had my rx transferred over here a while ago and at the beginning it was fine, but now I always experience poor communication, rude staff, and extremely long waits for my medication. I’ve never experienced this before at a pharmacy. There is always an excuse with why your medication is taking a long time. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy for your medication.

CVS constantly texts me to set up automated refills. I opted out of the text messages several times, but every time I get a refill the whole obnoxious texting process starts over again. So, I decided to give auto refills a try. Well, that doesn't work either. Yesterday I went to pick up my inhalers and was told my 90-day prescription had lapsed. I could get one refill, but my prescription was written for three. So, why did I get a text notice that my prescription was ready for pick-up, and if it could not be refilled, why did the automated system catch it? If insurance companies are going to force customers into 90-day refills, and pharmacies are going to badger us into an automated system, then it needs to work properly. This is the third time that I have had a refill problem with CVS's not-so-automated, automated system. One star for the designers, and one star for the employees that did not bother to send the refill request into my doctor, and then fill the script before I got there.

Poor communication/customer service from pharmacy to customer. Received email informing me a flu vaccine is ready and when I arrived they were out and wouldnt have any until later in the week. Later told medication would be available on a certain day. Then call the day they said it would be available and they inform me that it would be another week.
