🚨Count your pills in front of the pharmacist before leaving.🚨 I’ve always had a really good experience with this pharmacist. While they may be very busy, they’ve always been kind, polite and helpful. Much appreciated when I’m not feeling well. 😊🌸 But, something has changed recently. My latest prescription was short three pills (one day’s dose). This had happened one other time this year (that I was aware of) but marked it up as “mistakes happen, not worth worrying about it”. But, at least twice since January is no longer an accident (in my opinion) and seeming to be more of a profit-making decision. They better fix this quick.

Only gave them one star to be able to write this review. It took me FIVE calls just to get a ONE minute reply from the pharmacist. The Walgreen's pharmacy technician could not answer the question because of the medication I had a question about. The pharmacist at this location was the only one they would let me ask the question. I was hung up on that many times including by the store manager. I have the call log to prove it. That's how many times (x2 including the offsite pharmacy technician) before I could get someone to answer my simple question. Take your business elsewhere. I certainly will.

The line at the pharmacy is always HUGE. Seems disorganized. I go in for a prescription and the next day or so they let me know that I have another one ready for pick up! I really don't want to go stand in that line all the time. Lots of times I see the line and turn around and leave... But then they keep calling you. Infuriating.

For second time had a really bad experience with their pharmacy. First time they lost my PX. Second time I try to get my PX and after 4 hours they told me that they didn't have the medication in stock they sent me to another Walgreen to get it, when I arrive there they told me that they also didn't have the medication. When I was waiting on line I just keep hearing people complaining about the but cervices.

Update: this place is STILL slow as molasses and the pharmacy staff is RUDE. I went to get a booster shot, didn't know where to go so I knocked on the "clinic" door. The nurse answers the door while I was still talking. Called the"manager" went in detail about what happened barely paying any attention to me, her response was "ok I'll tell him". I asked her was that all she had to say and she tells me to hold on. Then the real pharmacy manager, Gina, gets on the phone and in the middle of me trying to explain the story...AGAIN, she keeps asking me if I was at the right Walgreens because she didn't see me. After I told her I was sitting outside in my car looking at the address on the building. So finally she stopped interrupting me with her irrelevant questions and apologized and said she would talk to him. Thos place really needs to work with their staff. I'm really tempted to change pharmacies. If you are in a rush, don't come here to get your prescriptions. Every single time I come to this location and go through drive through, it's ALWAYS a wait. Whether it's 1 car or 16 cars, one drive thru, or both drive thru's it's a 15 minute wait at the minimum. It's quicker to go inside. Pharmacy techs arent the friendliest either.

Recently they don't accept Amerigroup, so the pharmacist called me and gave me some options. He was so nice and helpful! Since it was past 6pm I was able to buy some med cash at a lower price the same day. The cashier is always really nice and polite. It sucks that they dont accept my insurance anymore this place had the pharmacy open till 10 pm which is really convenient for after hours visits to dr. , In general, I really like going to this location.

After 6yrs coming to this Walgreens i never had an issue with the amount of 12pks i can buy not even when we was on quarantine did they control the amount of sodas i bought tonight i came to buy 12packs of can cokes for my daughter s quinsañera and thomas said do to shortages ony 3 per family having 2 lines full of coke and a section full of cokes but im having a quinsañera and no sodas i guess they did not want my money and its a disappointment that i cant count with my neighborhood walgreens.

This pharmacy is NOT 24 hours anymore... So to update you, the pharmacy staff is way above average. The two outside drive throughs can be a longer wait than going inside. Check to see if the far right lane is operational and try that if you really want to avoid going inside. IMHO. This is the best pharmacy around. They have screwed up a few times in the area of customer service but compared to the other Walgreens I have used, this is the best in this area.

Pharmacy is a pain. Go two minutes up the road to CVS for that. The store is my go - to for anything I can get here. From hand warmers for camping, to wound care, this place has everything I ever need. I always do about 50% of my Christmas shopping here! Their "stuff" is better than any other drugstore I've seen. I love this Walgreens. Compared to others in the area, this one is the best. Actually 24 hours unlike the on 78. Always stocked and organized, knowledgeable staff, and I love the fast photo counter service. I'm never waiting longer than a minute or 2 for my products there. The pharmacy, again, is not the bee's knees. Don't come here for that or you will be miserable.
