This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I would Like to speak to whom ever is in charge. I rather not talk to anyone that works in store. I need to speak to the BOSS because their service is UNACCEPTABLE!!

They refused to take a GoodRx coupon that was specifically for CVS to discount a Shingrix vaccine. So I had to find a pharmacy that would accept a GoodRx coupon.

Calling the pharmacy is a nightmare. If you can get through the automated system without it messing up, great, but it’s tough.

As someone who works in healthcare, I was appalled by the service here. I work in a hospital and I needed the pharmacy to back out of script that was automatically filled here. I called a total of 8 times from 4 different phones. Each time I called, they would just put me on hold, and then hang up. I even called the front store so they could tell them to answer the phone, which they said they couldn’t do that, all they could was transfer me; which is a complete lie. I eventually called the cvs I used to work for, asked them to transfer the prescription, and cancel it; which took less than 2 minutes. They finally answered while I was on the phone with the other pharmacy, which only took them 57 minutes to do so.

I have been a customer of this particular store ever since I can remember (about 16 years) and today was just so disappointing. I went to pick up a prescription through the drive thru window and was given an additional prescription that seemed to be on automatic refill. I have received calls in the past from this store, I would even say harassing calls about placing me on automatic refills and I have declined each time. Anyhow, I went around to park when I realized the additional prescription was given to me, and went inside to let the pharmacy know I did not ask for that prescription. An associate called her manager, Melehia whom came to repeat "we don't take returns" like a robot, talking over me and in monotone. She was not even acknowledging what I was saying, had no empathy whatsoever and made it clear she could care less by turning her back on me without even allowing me to finish my sentence, and walked away. Even the other employee looked at me like she felt sorry for me. Thanks to employees like HER, CVS in general just lost another customer.

People working on the pharmacy are useless. Got there half hour before 6:00, they were incredibly slow to help the people in line. When they finally got to me, the woman had no idea how to help me, she said someone was going to help me but I was completely ignored, they were passing other people until I spoke up, another woman finally came there only to tell me it was past 6:00 and she wasn't going to help me, if they knew how to do their jobs it wouldn't have been past 6:00. Not going back to this CVS, sad to think they probably do the same thing to people in serious need of their medicine.

One star but really 0. Not a coupon friendly store, I’m sure CVS advertises couponing because it attracts customers so I don’t see why they advertise but employees treat you like you’re stealing when you try using them. Also they rarely ever attach the yellow stickers with the new weekly sales prices. The employees are not very attentive they’re always minding their business on their phones..too bad that not all the CVS have the same quality service. Wylie and Richardson CVS’s in general, have way better service. Example: they ask if you need help all the time and also make you feel like they’re there to help.
