Great service! I had two Zappos boxes and didn’t know which was which. The gentleman was great, opened the box and confirmed to avoid issue. Super friendly too! Thanks UPS

For N. Greenbush store 5323, Employee 187998. I always go to this UPS store and have a great customer service, everyone’s very friendly and helping. Recent experience with employee 187998(According to receipt) was great, again very friendly and very patient. Usually people would get annoyed with all the extra wait time and if the questions are repeated or don’t speak english fluently (like my dad) but he treated him kindly and patiently, wonderful customer service. Appreciate it.

I've only had positive experiences here, whether it's dropping off something I've pre-packaged, having something boxed and shipped or picking up packages that are waiting for me. I can't believe some of the other reviews as I've never had any interactions with a rude employee, whether the store is jammed or things are at a lull the employees here have always been super courteous. I usually deal with a petite lady or a tall gentleman who's name has slipped my mind but starts with a "J" and both are exceedingly polite.

Back at this store at 8:30 a.m. and missing work because I got here at 7:00 p.m. last night to drop off one item that would've taken less than a minute and the woman inside locked the door on me and then continued to fight with me through the window and tell me they were closed. Great customer service.

I tried, for a 2nd time, to have UPS to return the package to the sender. It came to our address, but we are not the Returns Department for whatever that name is.The UPS store in East Greenbush just ushered me out of the store, no manager on site, package thrown back at me because I refused to take it back. The young brunette behind the counter pushed the box off the counter at me as I turned to leave, then the blonde came from behind the counter, picked up the box, & tried to get me to take it back. As I tried to take a recording of it, the blonde put her hands on me in an attempt to usher me out, telling me it was illegal to take their pictures. Then came the threat from them to call the police. I said go ahead as they were the ones harassing me while I was asking them to do tbeir jobs & return the package to the original sender. The blonde girl proceeded to throw the package in the trash can outside of the store,, where anyone could pick it out of the trash. Even though our address is blacked out, it can still be seen. Customer service is well below par, and I am still thinking about filing a police report myself for putting their hands on me!

Rude, impatient, inconsiderate. They don't care about helping, just processing the transactions. Worst part is they don't even do that well. Have lost numerous packages. One of the times I had to pay shipping. They lost the box and they did nothing to try to find the package it was solely up to me to call the receiver and try to get them to ask the driver and I couldn't do much other than wait on hold with corporate numerous times to never get anywhere. So needless to say I lost the item- $100 and the shipping $20. The money is one thing but to have no concern or empathy for something that was totally up to you is pathetic. Hours always incorrect also. If Amazon would switch to Fedex I would be thrilled.

Kindly update your hours - drove from closed UPS in Albany to Rensselaer as it was listed as open until 3pm. It's not open at all on Saturdays. Wasted trip. Watching customer after customer try to enter the store, too. Also, No Mask No Service signs on UPS doors aren't exactly customer friendly; most other businesses have better signage than that. Disappointing.

UPS is the worst mailing company in the world! Customer service is absolutely horrible! I ordered a package from Amazon with two day shipping. It did not arrive in two days, they attempted to deliver it for the first time on the third day, but no one was home. Without my permission, they decided to bring it to a UPS access point the next day. After the package arrived at the access point, they said that I had a week to pick up the package before it was returned to the sender. I planned on picking the package up the same day of delivery, but instead, stupid UPS decides to pick the package back up after being at the access point for less than 6 hours! By this point, I was furious, so I spent my evening on the phone with UPS trying to figure out how to get my package that I should have had for over two days by now. The customer service was HORRENDOUS, absolutely no help! This morning I log into my email and I have a message from UPS saying that they're returning my package to the sender because the receiver refused delivery. WHEN DID I REFUSE DELIVERY?! If anything, I was doing all I could to receive this item that I've already been charged for! I've never been more disappointed with any service in my life! DON'T USE UPS. Use any other mail carrier available. You're probably better off using a carrier pigeon than using UPS.
