Story time, so strap in! I can't even begin to tell you how many times my mail has gone to the wrong house, as well as my mothers. Both of us live in separate apartments in the same building... this time it cost me money! In less than a year and a half, my mail has gone to my neighbor down stairs... my mother downstairs, my neighbor across the street, and this guy CONTINUED to deliver my mothers mail to my box for a solid MONTH after i taped a note IN BIG BOLD LETTERS that said she DOES NOT live here! She put her initials outside of her door, BIG wooden initials, with her name printed ON THE BOX... Still doesn't seem to comprehend. Once i began leaving her mail under the box, he finally got it... and then he stopped delivery to her address ENTIRELY until she called and complained. As i type this, my wife is speaking to the supervisor about a package i should have had days ago. It shouldn't be difficult to match a name, with a number buddy... lay off the sauce!

Mail hold was not put into place when the form was filled out. Staff is friendly though.

This post office is a disgrace. How a mailman can deliver what he wants to who he wants when he wants is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I shouldn't have to wait at my door and then have to ask my mailman if he has a package for me that should have delivered the day before, and yes it had medical supplies in it that I needed, but the mailman was to lazy to leave it one day, and now today I called to see if the mailman has delivered mail to area yet, oh yes he has he has come by your house, I ask if there is any mail there for this address and he has some there, well if the mailman has come thru, then why isn't the mail in my mailbox??? Maybe the mailman is to lazy to his job.
