Threw my order away as soon as I ordered it. Food was old and cold. Fries looked burnt. Overheard employees cursing and I had my 2 small children with me as well. So disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location any time soon. I hope they shut down completely.

I have been to this Wendy’s several time and never get decent service. Drive thru service sucks. I have waited for as long as 30 minutes in the window waiting for someone to take my order. Went inside to complain and they would not cooperate either. This is the worst Wendy’s in the entire company.

Disappointed in the service but mostly the food at this location. The food that I remember Wendy's serving was flavorful and juicy, while my meal was bland and tasteless. The dining room needed to be cleaned and the floor had a large puddle that was left unattended, until it was brought to the attention of an employee. She then had another employee go and put out wet floor signs rather than cleaning/mopping up the large puddle while the restaurant was not busy... They were also "out"/sold out of multiple menu items and needed to refill their condiment and drink station. I know it's just one of the many Wendy's locations in existence, but I'd hope the workers will take more pride in the place that they work and how it's presented.

Horrible. Pulled into parking lot, was the only customer there. Pull up to drive through waited to be greeted. Then was told to hold. Once ordered the person at the window was on the phone. Want greeted, thank or anything. Food was cold. And I parked right there to eat so it should have been fresh and warm. It tasted like it was sitting out. It was the worst wendys ordered I've ever eaten. Won't go back to that location again.

Breakfast at Wendy’s is edible. But it is nothing to write home to mom about. You’re better off going to McDonald’s. McDonald’s has way more experience with making good breakfast food. Skip Wendy’s for breakfast. Now for lunch and dinner it’s hard to beat Wendy’s I must say.

Foods fine, but this Wendy's must have the worst customer service I've seen at any fast food spot. It's unbelievable how rude these employees are, honestly I don't know how they're even still in business. Not to mention they have no since of urgency, it's always a 10min drive thru experience.

Sat in drive thru too long person taking order either not listening or don't care. At window mean look like we interrupted her day by coming order. No body even in line at 6pm let go people. Yes got pulled up hope my food is fresh

Whew. Won't be going back to this Wendy's. It was a simple enough order; a four for four with a bacon cheeseburger and a regular bacon cheeseburger. After a *really* long wait (even though I'd ordered online), we ended up with a four for four with a regular junior cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. Both were so cold we had to put them in the microwave to heat them. The patties were dry, and the french fries were even limper than McDonald's. On the bright side, the lemonade was delicious.

Always a long line in drive through around meal time. Food is fine but I don’t know why it takes so long to place an order in the drive through. Spicy chicken wasn’t spicy at all. Enjoyed the baconator. Frosty machine always seems broken. Napkins were the hand towels used in the bathroom last time we went. Not sure what happened. Love the baconator. Have had 3 in the last 2 days. But they’re really short staffed at this location. Do not make the mistake of going inside and ordering if the drive thru line is long. I repeat do NOT go inside and order thinking you’ll save time. Even though the line is out to the road (which it typically is during lunch and dinner), it will be much, much quicker going through the drive through. There’s only 1 guy working the counter and the drive-thru is their priority. They’ll take one order inside and then go help deliver about 4 orders in the drive thru. Then he’ll come back and deliver 1 order inside at the pick up counter. And then do some more drive thru orders. And then come back and take another order inside. And then the cycle repeats. Customers inside were getting curious. I honestly thought a fight could erupt as the guy behind me kept telling the manager to get back to the counter and take orders for the inside customers which he refused to do. The one advantage of going inside of you're free on time and like to drink sodas is the refillable coke machine. I feel sorry for the guys working because they’re busting their behinds working. But the construction workers come here because it’s supposed to be fast food and they have a limited lunch break so I get when tensions are high. Free WiFi (working) inside too.

I only left a one star review because Google won't let you leave a zero. This morning we received chicken that was pink raw. Looked like a raw piece of chicken was cooked for 15 seconds a side. Completely unacceptable. I am seriously concerned that someone in my family could get sick after eating a few bites before we became aware. We will never be returning and I plan on contacting area and national management about this, along with the local health department.
