Just wanted to say we got a good meal and the service was very good. Very friendly and courteous. I hate to admit it but I've come to expect poor service at fast food places. This was a nice surprise! People need to hear when things go well.

Waited in line for near 15 minutes after placing what I thought would be a simple order of a plain chicken breast and a side of bacon w/ unsweetened tea no ice (because I can't have sugar) and I got some sort of chicken bacon and ranch sandwich smothered in sauce and tea with ice. Was very disappointed. I should have checked my food before leaving but why can't we rely on anything at all anymore? $7 wasted.

Won’t be going back, no sign on door was told they are remodeling when I can see someone inside eating. The person who stopped me on the unlocked door with no sign told me that’s an employee and they are closed for remodel when I asked about the person eating. Could have put a sign up or been a little nicer. Anyways Burger King is a few doors down and the customer service and food is much better when compared to Wendy’s.

They are always shut down for one reason or another. Been shut down for like 2 weeks because they repaved the pavement. It's a pity that this is the closest Wendy's to us. They're so stinking lazy in there anyway so I guess it doesn't matter.

Best Wendy's around near me. Sometimes there is a wait, but I think that's just because they are popular. Quality of food is consistent for the most part having been there numerous times. Staff actually cares. Good management from what I can tell.

Frosty is one of a kind and so good it is therapeutic to eat a frosty! Also the crispy chicken sandwich is so scrumptious!!! J must order a Frosty and a Chicken Sandwich from Wendy's

Customer service ID horrible instead welcoming the customer and asking what else can I get fir you. You get employees that constantly say is that all and try to rush your order. You want food pay that starts with decent customer service

The days of fast service seem to be a thing of the past. Mobile order is easy. Drive-thru first could not find order, then took more than 10 mins to get from speaker to window for order. Receipt person ok, food service representative super friendly making it the only reason this is not a two star review. If not for the Dave's special this month, it may have been super disappointed person eating this food.

I am writing this review because for us to have ordered $25 worth of food and requested our food to be fresh just to be told they cook everything fresh at this time and get these disgusting fries and the core of the Lettuce is beyond upsetting!! Being a former Fast food employee and manager of several other establishments I can honestly say the level of customer service and quality of food that was provided to my family this evening is very disappointing yet people give less than half a** service and want an increase in minimum wage like how lol. This is coming from the generation that was paid less than $10/hour but still put forth 110% effort. GET A BETTER NIGHT CREW for the Arlington LOCATION in memphis, TN PLEASE !!

I would not waste my time going to this Wendy's especially at nightOrdered a large chili got a half-full or did the bacon cheddar double meat hamburger got to Baby pieces of bacon. It took 7 times of Me call the store for them to answer my call. Then the team leader who did answer sounded asleep or high. I will be calling the bbb and the corporate office tomorrow!!!!!!!
