Compared to the other Taco Bell restaurants in the area, the quality of the food you get is excellent. That being said, my 1 star review reflects the service you receive here. I drive past this Taco Bell several times a day. I never see it busier than a couple of cars in the drive thru. Whenever I stop here, it’s always dead. Sometimes I get service. Sometimes I don’t. More often than not when coming here the guy working refuses to take any orders. More and more frequently they claim to be closed for 15 minutes or not taking orders for half and hour. If you come back after the time they say, they still claim to not be taking orders. The other biggest issue is whoever works here refuses to make a lot of the menu. You ask for a combo box and they refuse to make it. You ask for a taco pack and they refuse to make it. They will stop you while ordering and tell you they aren’t going to make you that food because it’s too many items. They refuse to make large orders. They will cut your order off and tell you to leave. I hope the owner can get better workers because your employees are terrible. You’re losing so much business because of this. You don’t want the money, fine. I’ll be glad to go to another Taco Bell.

Service poor out of ice would not take cash unless it was correct amount. Gave 12 Packsof sauce for 3 tacos. Suppose to be conserving. Rude cashier. 2nd time I they had no ice no cash and short of help due to shift change. Also been a month still no Mexican pizza . Won't be going back with this kind o service

Drive up and ask if they had any mexican pizzas and the gentleman taken the order answers "you can't read?what does the sign say? I decided not to reply and drove to Burger King instead. Burger King had excellent customer service. This Taco Bell needs to hire better people. Can't expect customers to return if you treat people rude and nasty. I will NOT return.

Probably my 4th bad experience at Taco Bell. 6:30 at the drive thru and get a 5th grade response that we “ain’t taking no orders now”. I don’t need a i am sorry response from Memphis management just do something all your stores are horrible this store most of all!!! Fire them all and start over! It’s not the employees it’s the upper management do something this is out of control.

The woman taking the order was extremely rude to me while I was ordering. Nobody has to put up with this. Told her I was leaving and drove out of the drive through.

This restaurant always ice issues. My husband says the tacos are always old, stale on the sides and soggy on the bottom.

Waited patiently in line, got to the speaker and asked the cashier if I could place 2 separate orders. The guy working the drive through said no and told me they couldn't separate. I said that was fine and decided to just do one order. He then proceeded to ask if it was "a big order" and I said "um... idk." It was just me and my boyfriend eating. He then tells me to “just come inside.” Not even giving me the option to say no. At this point I'm stuck in the drive through lane with no way out. I go inside and order. It took them almost 45 minutes to give me my food. I spent almost an entire hour on their property just trying to get something to eat. They proceeded to give my boyfriend the wrong size drink and almost let him walk out with the wrong order. Thankfully, my boyfriend checked before walking out. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would.

The food is usually really good, the service is generally a little rude. However, they just don't stay open to the actual advertised hours. Even time I go after 12, they just say we're closed. When I ask what time they usually close down, they just say they are closed and won't respond to my actual question. It isn't a very sanitary location. You're better off at another location if taco bell is your craving.

Waited for 20 minutes for my order of 12 taco sackful. I grab a taco as I was exiting the lot , very shocked that my taco was ice cold the shell was cold the meat was just chilled. I called the girl that had was delivering the sack and asked her how could this food be cold when I had to pull up and wait for it to be cooked??? She was very sarcastic with her attitude and her mouth, And says to me, that is the way tacos are supposed to be served. LOL 🤣 Okay

Rude service. Food was cold. They were out of ice. Sisters soda was flat. Mine was a coke instead of Dr pepper. Went to go in and get fixed and lobby door was locked during open hours. Yeahhhh... oh and Tomatoes on only one taco Supreme, not even the chalupes. Not even worth the one star to get this posted.
