I should have read the reviews first!!!!! I was there for a drive through COVID Test and the pharmacy person took so long to service me, offered me free home tests as extras….. then said she couldn’t do it. I have been waiting for a test result going on nine hours. I was told I would receive it within two hours (which is the test I requested).

Sales people are clearly not trained.when product wrang at wrong price clerk argued with me.when giant sign said 50% off.Asked for manager and rerang at the wrong price again lower than 50%.

The hours are bogus. They literally CLOSE at 5 pm. Like why not just stay freaking closed for good if you're gonna keep such ridiculous hours.

I work 7 to 5, now cannot use walgreens for a pharmacy. Pharmacy is open 10 to 5 and a lunch shut down in between. I am changing all my business to mail in. Walgreens is more like a covient store model than drugstore. Good job executive management

I love this Walgreens but please be advised that they close at 9:30 instead of 10 to make sure they leave on time so don’t waste your time coming after 9:25

This Pharmacy is the worst! Who hires these rude employees? Must be Kierra….If she answers the phone go ahead and call another pharmacy, you will be wasting your time. Customer service in 2021 is just a myth.

Love this location. They are helpful and always stocking items! Also like the fact that the checkout in all 4 departments: cosmetics, photos, pharmacy, and the general front counter.

Ok I got my prescription the 16th last month which I took my meds that day. My doctor calls my script in today because I’ll be out as of tomorrow. I call to see if I can pick it up. The lead pharmacist tells me I can’t fill it until the 15th. There was 31 days last month and she’s telling me I can’t fill it and says it’s only been 28 days. Clearly someone needs to go back to school not only that it’s up to my insurance and they said it could be filled today. I only get a 30 day supply like everyone else!

Every Time I go to this location I have problems with the pharmacy. I use to work for Walgreens and back in the pharmacy as well, and I can’t believe how it is being run and the level customer service that is being given. I will be using Kroger from now on. This is ridiculous...

I use Walgreens at this location frequently. It has become like a community center for me and staff and Pharmacy staff have become like friends. I have missed seeing Dana since he has been out but Kevin has stepped up! This location has the best Pharmacist and staff I have ever experienced at a Walgreens! Natalie is great as well as all the others! I have no complaints.
