I made an appointment with the owner to purchase raw Indian hair when I arrive the hair was damp I asked her why was the hair wet she said she washed it and silicone that should have been a sign for me I asked her why she do that she said I do all my hair like that washing hair in silicone will make the hair looks better when is poor quality hair . I did not have the her install into three weeks later after installing the hair my beautician asked me why was the hair dry and hard I told her it had been washed in silicone she said it might start shedding normally they do that to bad hair two days later I contact the owner and told her the hair was extremely shedding she told me she did not sell poor quality hair and she never had any problems but she did agree to exchange two bundles out but call me back later and said no I will not ldo it because I sell good hair I don't know if anyone else have had any issues with this shop but please comment because I'm taking her to court for my refund of $300.00and $150.00 for the installing of my hair. All I would have liked what I paid for owners like her should be respectful to all customers if she have a business not who she pick and choose. I purchased 2 bundles and a closure from worst hair ever..... Service: Hair extensions

D and her staff are amazing! She actually knows her clients and your experience is one on one. I love the set up of the salon. I feel like I am at a spa. No loud music or distractions (crowds of people). You get one on one service with a private room while receiving service. When I come in for my appointment she promptly starts by your scheduled time, no unnecessary time waiting behind others. I have seen much improvement (healthy growth) with my hair since I became a client. I’m not local but I surely don’t mind making a 2.5 hour commute to get quality services and customer service. Thanks Pure Luxx for making me feel like a part of the family and more than a body in a chair🙂

I’ve been with my stylist Kaylen for a while now and my natural hair has really grown!! I absolutely love her and Destinee! Their mannerisms, professionalisms and knowledge is shown every time I visit. They really know their stuff about hair!! I recommend this salon, for the aforementioned reasons and it’s in a great, safe spot!

My Girl Destinee, is the best!! Very professional and polite. Any questions you have about your hair she can answer. I really love when she washes my hair, I don’t want to leave the shampoo chair. She takes her time, if I say “Destinee my hair itches” she takes her time and massages your hair til the itch gone. I love the atmosphere, it’s so comfortable, I can fall the sleep as if I were at home.

The young ladies are wonderful, full of life and energy with bubbly personality. The salon is warm and cozy with the feel of home. When you walk in you don't feel like a client you feel more like family and friends. The service that they give is heart-felt. Keep up the good work ladies.
