I was there for a drive through COVID Test and the pharmacy person took so long to service me, offered me free home tests as extras….. then said she couldn’t do it. I have been waiting for a test result going on nine hours. I was told I would receive it within two hours (which is the test I requested). ~Constance

I wasn’t greeted or assisted once I walked in. The associate just walked past me multiple times without acknowledging me or the customer behind me. Finally, I approached her and informed her that I needed something notarized. She then informed me that there was no notary available. I wish she would have told me that before I wasted 25 minutes of my time! ~Kena

I've been going here for a year and it feels like a self-treat every time :) This is the only salon I go to after not finding the same quality at other salons. I have my favorite nail techs that I go to and I encourage any customer to go in and find their own favorite staff too! The staff does an amazing job every time and will guide me through decision-making if I ask. There was one time when a nail tech made a comment about my headscarf and mentioned stereotypes linked to the way I dressed. After a brief (and open + friendly!) conversation, I recognized it was from a place of curiosity. This only happened once, and I don't lack confidence in Top Nails' approach with customer service. No matter what, the staff is professional, polite and very easy to chat with! Services: Dip powder, Acrylic nails, Manicures, Gel manicure, Pedicures ~Tasmia

Friendly service. The price pinched for my alignment and air check, but I think everything is expensive these days. I do appreciate their honesty. I thought I needed new tires and the gentleman explained to me that I didn't and the reason why my tires were slightly peeled. He could have easily told me I needed new ones and sold me some. Great experience with this automotive repair facility. From beginning to end of the service process, they kept me informed of the procedures and timeliness of the repair. I received my vehicle back within days of dropping it off while expecting there to be a few weeks delay. Went there I wanted to port 4 lines from ATT and possibly purchase two phones, it was locked and security had to unlock it and tell me ratio to the people is 1:1 and there was two people inside with each rep there was one. I wanted to browse and check out the plans but they wouldn’t even let me in, so I just left I’m not waiting outside in the car or in the heat. Not sure what ratio of 1:1 means or why that is even happening, everyone is at full capacity, everything is open and it’s just rude to post hours you are open and not let costumers in to just look around and browse. I will either go to another location or stay with ATT if that’s how their company policy is ~Abed

I was feeling pretty ugh as i was turning 59 this day. I needed a change and i thought, what a better way than to get a hair makeover. I am very , very cautious when it comes to my hair. I look up best salon, then i read every single review. I read all bad reviews to make sure i don't miss anything. Then i start calling. Most places do not have last minute appointments, unless it is the place you are just supposed to be at. Which is actually what happened here. I landed up with Taylor, which was aGod scent. She was spot on the most amazing person i could have had. She spoke with me on why she was doing what she wad doing and what she Thought and we talked about , and when she was done i not only left looking 15 years younger, but felt it as well. She hit the color spot on, but the cut as well. The biggest test was my family and that was a10+++++. So thank you Taylor for an amazing new refreshing look, and a new amazing hair stylist. Will recommend you all over... You rock.. ~Shari
