Nasty. Had hair in my food and gave me the wrong order through doordash. Not only did they have hair in my food which is horrible, the food was cold and stale and looked like it had hit the floor. The paper that the Wendy's was in wasn't even folded all together up. This Wendy's needs to be shut down or reform because it's a health department disaster. Their late night cooks and/or late night manager need to do a better job. I reported them to doordash immediately and they should take this location off their app. This location notoriously have problems but it has never been this bad!

We waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement until finally leaving. Being someone who works in food service I can understand being busy, being short staffed, etc. but to not even acknowledge your customers, saying a simple “we’ll be with you in one moment” and then to pull around and see 6 people making a burger through the drive-thur window, that’s bad service if you ask me..sorry Wendy’s but we picked Taco Bell.

I strongly recommend you visit ANY other fast food location than THIS Wendy's😡 The young girl at the window had a horribly rude attitude. I stopped here specifically to get my wife a new strawberry Frosty. I waited theough the long line that went around the building to place my order. I finally placed my order then waited through the line to pay. I'd ordered 3 lunches which were to have 1 Coke and 2 Frostys but when she handed my drinks out there was 1 chocolate Frosty and 2 Cokes. I explained the error and she took the tray back. Then she handed it back out saying the strawberry was broken. Showed my a partial cup of pink looking water and was very snotty, asking if THAT'S what I wanted. When I said no the girl behind her pouring drinks began laughing so I said I was glad that she found it amusing and she very snottily said, "I DO!" Pathetic employees and even worse customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

I have quit going to this location now as the last 4 times I went the order was wrong! My order is so simple a 6th grader could make it...a single burger with mustard,onion & lettuce. They have handed me a double cheeseburger then a single with ketchup & pickle, then another cheeseburger with everything! I told them that they need to tell their employees not to get high before work & wait till they get off....I know they had to be fried to get it that wrong!

This is the worst wendy's I have experienced. Something is always wrong, they close earlier than what the time says and sometimes the hours they say they close change daily. They can accept orders, their system is down, something is ALWAYS wrong. I've experienced such rude people here. It seems like they started to aquire a new team whom seem like it's improving and I don't like to pick but man I tell you customer service does not matter these days anymore.

I paid for a mobile order, I drove around to the area where are you normally order to give my name and was shocked that the line had disappeared. There were two people parked on that side of the restaurant. I started to go in and they stopped me. They told me that they also had mobile orders and that I needed to cancel mine because this Wendy’s was closed. The lights were on, and there was a woman at the window working the register. I have no clue what their problem was but I will not be going back to this location ever again. If you’re hungry, bypass the problems and pick another fast food franchise

So 2 years into the Global Pandemic, I can understand a shortage of workers, and I know to pack my patience 😑 But I waited for 20 minutes for a shift change that I was informed of thru the drive through speaker, then was told to get out of the line as the 1st car I wasn't pleased after waiting so long to order. So I said what happens when you open back up, the rude worker said in a nasty tone "Then get back in line" I asked if that was fair and she didn't answer, I went to window and asked for GM info and she said she didn't know or have any info about the GM. At the risk of sounding like an entitled American, I decided to not order from that location again.

This is literally one of the worst Wendy’s locations in Memphis. Don’t be fooled because it’s in Cordova. The service is terrible, the food is mediocre, and that’s if they even come to speaker in the drive thru line. I only visit this location because it’s literally 60 seconds from my house, but every time I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt, they always fail…miserably! Today I tried my luck. Yet I wasted 20 minutes in the drive thru just for someone to say, “we’re having a shift change…it’ll be another 15-20 minutes.” This location is having a “shift change” EVERY single time I visit. Or, no one ever comes to the speaker. The line moves incredibly slow, if at all, and the service is just sad. Why don’t I just stop coming, right?? I did. I stopped going to this location for over a year, and recently tried it again just to try my luck, and this location disappoints every time. I wouldn’t waste my time, money, or patience again coming here.

so that's my "fresh" large fry, fish sandwich, and bourbon bacon sandwich. You can have it back. $20?? 5 guys cooks it fresh right in front of you.. standing outside 10 minutes in the cold waiting for refund.

Had a good Southwest avocado salad but it was wet lettuce from being in freezer long but was good but they left the bacon and the nuts out. Avocado was good but was getting old u can tell by color of it but at least it wasn't skimpy and lettuce still had a fresh crunch
