I’m rating this a 1 star because we received our car back 3 weeks after the due day. The low rating is also due to the Caliber staff damaging our rear bumper causing us to have more repairs done then what we brought it in for. I believe the cost of this additional damage was billed to my insurance company. This was Not honest. The customer service rep was also dishonest. The rep, Tyler, would call me to update me, but the information he gave me was misleading and dishonest. This happened all the way to the day I was suppose to pickup the car, 30 days after drop off. I went to the shop located on Patriot Street and found my vehicle completely untouched. All of the parts were laying on the seats inside the car. When I spoke to the manager Ashley, she was very defensive and got a little huffy and start-mouth. I asked her for her manager. She said she would ask him, Jay, to call me. For the next 3 weeks while I continued to pay for a rental car, I asked several times for Jay to contact me, but he never did. Ashley and Tyler would not answer my calls, but they reassigned my job to another one of their representatives, Marvin. Marvin was kind and honest I had to pay an additional $525 for car rental due to their slacking. They told me they had only one person in their shop doing body work. But, with multiple locations, they could have moved my vehicle to another location but did not. This was a very frustrating ordeal that could have been handled much better had the staff been trained properly in customer service. It would have also been nice to get an apology from someone in management, but in the meantime I will not recommend this place to anyone Service: Body & Trim

My car was totalled, so I didn't actually have repair work done. That said, dealing with Caliber was great. The staff was courteous and professional. All my questions were answered quickly. They helped me with insurance paperwork. They even had a service tech drop me off at the house when I was not able to get an Uber.

We are happy with the service provided by caliber collision - Cordova location due to their timely responses, hearing my concerns and addressing them and also good job on the work performed on vehicle. We were assigned to Caliber Collision - Cordova location via our insurance company. Status updates were provided at regular times and also I was able to speak with person when needed and get issues addressed. For, example I had a issue regarding repair and a misunderstanding. Both of them were solved and I felt my opinion mattered and were addressed in a great manner. I wished my vehicle was delivered 3 days earlier but due to staff shortage it was delayed. But overall happier. Update : I had a different collision at later date. I was assigned to this center by my insurance. To my surprise I got a call 2 hrs before appointment saying they have to reschedule the appointment to 1+ months due to back log, parts issue etc. I expected them to call at-least 2 days early. I brought my car to Caliber Collision on Patriot Dr. and they took my car into the immediately. Stacie and Tyler were very professional and kept me entertained the entire time while my car was getting worked on(it was a slow day). I called to make an appointment with all of my insurance information. I was informed that the wait time would be SIX weeks for an estimate and car repair. I made the appointment. I called to confirm my appointment and was told my information was not added into the system and they had no record of my information or appointment. I have waited SIX WHOLE weeks for car repair services. I am very displeased with the customer service. The receptionist offered no solution to the problem. She just kept deferring the blame to the insurance company and myself. The receptionist put me on hold numerous times and was very argumentative. She never tried to resolve the issue. I also explained to her that I had been at this location for services in 2017 and asked if my records were there. She stated that Caliber was the new business name and corporation. So, my next question is where are my warranties for extensive damage repairs on record?? I asked the receptionist for her name and she refused to give it to me. “Bucky” then came to the phone and refused to give me her information and hung up on me. I called back several times in which my call went unanswered. I cannot believe the amount of disrespect the “Caliber” employees have. It really shows the poor caliber of how the treat their clients.
