John runs a solid business with great customer service. When all body shops were giving many months of repair time, Caliber was able to collaborate between shops to get it done within weeks. I had to follow up and get my windshield replaced and John was giving me constant updates on how the work would be able to get done even with supply chain constraints. By far, the worst customer experience I have had with any auto repair service. I have worked with Caliber before in other states I've lived in and had a good experience, but this location is just awful to work with. Bad communication with my insurance company (I had to get involve with the claim 4-5 times), horrible timelines (they have moved back the completion date 5 times and now have had my car for over a month), no follow up (I had to repeated call them to get ETA) and no ability to actually tell me when I will get my car back. They focus on their process and process only...irrespective of customers asks, wants or needs. Save yourself the frustration and heartache working with a company that has zero regard for their customers. Do not do business with Caliber in Franklin, TN.

Caliber Collision did a great job on my body work. Looks like nothing ever happened. On top of that, they washed my vehicle. I have never dealt with any company related to auto repairs that communicates so well. I had texts and calls every step of the way. They were able to get my car done a couple of days early so that I didn’t have to go without it for the weekend. I can’t say enough good words about them.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Collision, specifically Jeff Blanks, who managed the repair of my beloved 2009 Honda Accord EX-L coupe, “Red.” Jeff was very communicative, keeping me updated on every facet of the process - Red’s arrival at the shop, getting her blueprinted, the status of ordered parts, putting her back together, and painting. He genuinely understood how much I love my car and took care during the project to make certain I would be extremely satisfied - and WOW! He far exceeded my every expectation! Excellent service! Most importantly, the process was painless. They fully explained what was needed to be done. Handled everything with my insurance company. Delivered the car early based on the quoted timeline. Provided updates all along the way. Honestly, it was a refreshing experience because they were so professional and kind. I would dare say other body shops would have you biting your nails, not with Caliber Collision. I would consider them a premium body shop, the pricing wasn't cheap but the work and experience was outstanding.

outstanding work! Darren and his team are top notch! Kept me informed during the whole process! It was a relief dropping my car off for repairs and not having to worry what was going on, and with working strange hours and them sending texts for updates put me at ease. Picked up my car and repairs were impeccable! the car was even cleaner than when i originally dropped it off. From now on will only use this caliber! i highly recommend the Columbia-ave store!
