We had a great experience! We were able to get a table, they were very helpful and patient, and it was delivered the next day! The delivery team reached out the day before to confirm, and again the next morning for a specific time. It’s a great system they have in place. Definitely recommend.

I would not recommend shopping here. We were given false information of when our furniture would arrive likely to result in a sale. We told them if we were given correct information we would not have purchased the item. They said “too bad”. Reaaaally unimpressive customer service. Our table arrived scratched and a man came to fix it with a marker. (?!?!?) I feel sick about spending any money at this store. The manager Chris lied to us and was not at all apologetic about any inconvenience to us. There are plenty of other furniture stores around, so I would go to another before this one for sure! Editing to add: we were told the chairs were in stock in June when we purchased and were led to believe they would ship right away. We will not receive them until August. I understand things can happen, but there was denial over what was said and a lack of apology for inconvenience that rubbed me the wrong way. They are replacing the table, which is nice, but I would feel better about the product if it hadn’t come scratched in the first place.

Sales rep Shay has exceeded our expectations with incredible customer service. We had to pretty much furnish our entire house. She communicated with us every step of the way and was very patient throughout the whole process and offered great suggestions. She has also helped a friend of ours that only needed a few pieces. We found exactly what we were looking for, after having been to several other furniture stores in the area. Our sales person, Laura, was friendly, efficient and answered all our questions. We took delivery in time for Thanksgiving and we are very pleased! Update6/22: We purchased several new items ( bed, mattress, sofa , loveseat, dining table, and chairs. Elizabeth, our salesperson was very accommodating and helped us very much. We are loyal customers and love this place!
