I moved here a few months ago. Dreading the thought of taking my car in for an oil change. Salt Lake Jiffy Lube doesn't have the best reputation. I thought I'd give these guys a chance anyway. My car was cleaned up, everything seems to run well. However, after going my tire signal is on saying my tire is flat. The pressure is low. Other then that all seems well. Terrible branch to go to. The least friendly manager I’ve ever met. I told her I wanted to buy a pickup, she said it would take a week to get a loan if I was buying it for my business. I needed it now, so I said I want to do it personal. I figured she was going to do a personal auto loan since that’s what I said I wanted to buy. Instead, she was running a personal loan which was twice the interest rate. The whole time I was there she just sat there stoic, I felt like I was a criminal answering questions. She only explained things to me after I got mad that my credit had been run for a loan product that I did not want. Worst experience of my life with America First. I use to love this credit union, always had great experiences and helpful people, I think it’s just this branch that is so terrible. ~Dustin

This was absolutely the worst car rental experience EVER! It started when the reservation I had made for pickup late in the day was changed to 12:30 without notification. I knew I would not be able to return the car until late in the afternoon three days later. It is impossible to call the local franchise so I drove there to see if I could adjust the pickup time. I was told I could not change the reservation because there would be no cars available. The lack of logic defies me! What about the car I would be picking up only 4 hours later? The young man at the counter told me that I could take the car then and that he would make a note that I would not be charged for the extra day if I had it back before 5:00 pm. We agreed to this and signed the paperwork. He said take the car full and return it full. When I got in the car there was less than 1/4 tank of gas. Redo the paperwork and take a different car. Upon return, a different person was at the desk. I was informed that because I was returning 3 hours after 12:30 there would be an additional charge for an extra day. I informed him that the person checking out the car had made a different commitment. A telephone call was made and the person who checked the car out denied having made an agreement. I continued to protest. I was told that they would issue a one time credit for the extra day. I was given the receipt for the originally agreed upon amount. I made a comment that it was a lot of work to get them to honor the agreement they had made. At which time he said that he would not honor the commitment he had made and would charge me for the extra day. The extra charge did show on my credit card. It was then necessary to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you rent a car from the Bluff Street Hertz franchise, rest assured you will not find honesty, integrity or good customer service. Read the reviews on this place. I'm not alone in how I was treated. ~Mont

I appreciated the collaboration and suggestions they gave to frame a custom needlework piece (we double-matted to enhance the thread colors) and reframe two antique African textiles. We were able to save the old frame on one of the textiles, which saved me money - and they turned out FANTASTIC. I love all 3 pieces and guests always compliment me on how great they look. They were not cheap, but you don't get quality for cheap - you get QUALITY. If you do any kind of needlework or embroidery, or need custom framing for textiles or non-standard art, this is the place to go (plus they're just super nice folks and I had fun meeting them). ~M

EXTREMELY awesome printer for metal prints and more. I have used Pure Art Printer for a few years now and have always been blown away everytime I pick up my product. Mitch is the man! I have also found Pure Art is easy to work with as far as creating the files, uploading and sharing on Dropbox. Mitch grabs the files and takes a look at them to ensure the best quality prints he can do. He has caught a screw up of mine a few times which really saved me and I am sure I wouldn't get that same personalized service online or elsewhere. The prints which i have sold or ones hanging in my home make a powerful statement and leave people wanting to know where I got those done. Because of the high quality, many of my friends have gone to see Mitch and have been satisfied as well. Trusted and true one on one service. ~Carl

As soon as I walked in I saw this couch and loveseat the colors were what I was looking for. Delivery was very smooth. The guys were great. Will definitely use Designer Furniture Gallery again. ~Janet

The station has fast processing on the cards, and there are only two draw backs. One, no drinks available at the filling station. Second, frequently there is a significant line to get gas. I still award 5 stars for offering great prices. The lines move as fast as people can fill their vehicle's. ~Dave

Horrible Customer service!! I never received my kids crocs. And they are making me wait almost a month with no response or notice on what happened to the shoes. I’ve called customer service with no help!! Spent almost $70 on both shoes. They won’t refund me my money or get my kids shoes delivered. Will not be purchasing anything here again. 😡 ~Stephanie

Excellent inventory and very helpful and friendly staff. I don’t really like shopping but I will definitely return next time i need new treads. ~ken
