This was my second time back at this specific jiffy lube and the guys always take great care of me and my vehicles. They were incredibly friendly, especially to my 14 month old who wanted to flirt with them all day if I let her. Very happy with them and will keep coming back! I have been doing business with you for years. I have 2 cars a2021 Santa and a Jeep Grand Cherokee overland that I have serviced by you and never had a problem uni today. I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation, when it came time to pay my bill I was told my Jeep was a truck and an extra fee was placed on my bill. I would like to show you a truck and a Jeep next to each other and show you the difference. Where is the bed for hauling on the Jeep? My Jeep has the same amount of lug nuts as my Santa Fe and same size tires, oh yes mt Santa Fe has all wheel drive so you better classify it as a truck. I pulled up, they got me inside insanely fast. Employees were very clear and direct about pricing and different oil options. They offered additional services/inspections but never pushed or attempted to force them on me, which I really appreciate. They had me in and out within 20 minutes. Exceptional service. They even had my car running with the a/c on when I walked out to pick it up. Service: Oil change

Nice shop I’ve used before. Left car there at 8:15am (with my phone#) as they were very busy. Was told about 1.5 hr wait. I finally called at 1pm - car had been finished, but no call. They had zero cars in shop when I picked it up (about 1:15pm) not sure why I never received a call. No big deal. However, I’d just had car detailed and immediately noticed large black boot marks on my floor mat (beige carpet type/ BMW) First time EVER I had service at a Jiffy Lube (or anywhere) they didn’t put floor mats down! Didn’t leave great impression. Service: Oil change

Got my car registration renewed. It took all of 2 minutes and I was out the door. They had a fee of $10.99 to give me the new sticker for my license plate. Super quick. Extra parking next to the oil changing bays.

Needed to get an oil change, and my brakes were on their last thread, squeaking like metal claws on a chalkboard. I was short on time, and let these guys know I that I was—hoping it would be finished in an hour or less, so I wouldn’t be late to work. While they still had no obligation to cater to my schedule, they were quick and efficient, and did a great job, completing it in under an hour! I highly recommend this crew on River Rd.

Staff was friendly and efficient. They did a lot to help the customers. Prices were good. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because there was an oily hand print on my door afterwards. Not a big deal as I can clean it off, but still.

My 3 star changed to 5. Had a few frustrating months -had to keep returning because my oil was leaking. They replaced faulty gasket two times, and finally on the third time it was fixed. But because they stuck with it and didn’t ever charge me it was awesome! And today I went in to get oil top off and they offered very attentive service filling my tires, topping off all my other fluids. It took about three minutes. And then I was on my way.Great service!
