Target always has pretty good customer service and I love the 5% I get off with the red card but this location is always out of half the stuff I need! Many aisles just have giant areas empty. I’m not sure if this is a widespread issue but it really sucks to have to go to an additional store for one or two things

Rude behavior by tech staff. Refused to help me find phone case. Said they were new employee and stood there playing with their cell phone. Incredibly bad training . Manager not apologetic at all. Usually I enjoy my trips to Target.

This Target is muchhh bigger and better stocked than the Brookhurst/Adams store! They have less self-checkout lanes, but that wasn't a problem because most cashier lines only had 1-2 customers in them and moved quickly. One of the employees greeted me with a big, "Happy Friday!" when I entered, which was nice and welcoming. I'll consider driving a little farther from home to come to this Target over the other one in the future.

Just shocked at the target Costa Mesa to look for a book called, the boy the mole the fox and the horse. It seems to be popular and they had two copies left here. The young man, Juan, Who is working in the section was so helpful and accommodating. He took his time to stop what he was doing and was very pleasant and looking for the book with me. Even took him few minutes to discuss the quality of the literature and the illustrations. He was very helpful impatient and interesting. I couldn’t help but make a comment to the manager. I think moments like this should be rewarded. Too many times people seek out managers for other reasons. She was very happy to hear that one of her team members was so helpful. I actually find most of the employees that work at the different targets are all helpful with great enthusiasm.

Melissa at Target Optical in Costa Mesa gave me the best customer service when picking my new pair of glasses. She took the time to help me choose a style that would look good and also looked into my insurance to see the coverage I have and explained everything in detail. I will definitely be back when I need to renew my prescription and glasses 😊

Target is a huge corporation and they have successfully refined their shopping process and experience. I simply needed to restock on some household goods and ordered via the app within minutes. I requested drive-up/pick up at the store but couldn't visit the store when my order was ready. I went the next day instead but thankfully it didn't matter. I pulled up to the parking lot, opened up the app to let them know I'm on my way and to notify them I had arrived in the designated pick-up spots. Within minutes, a nice fellow had my order ready, put it in the backseat of my car, and wished me a happy holidays. Efficiency and ease. Awesome and quick service. Highly recommend the app+drive up/pick up service :)

clean, decent selection but several employees were unable to assist me to find where your automotive section is, and were not sure whether Target even has an automotive section. I was looking for windshield wiper fluid. It took 15 minutes to find and this only convinces me that my time would better be spent on Amazon, unfortunately.
