I prefer this one than the one down harbor across target because you guys are truly respectful and won’t deny when emergencies because I went to try to ask at the one across target if I can use the restroom because I was on my monthly and he denied me and I asked again and said please and responded me with “nope” and told him that the one down harbor by chucky cheese let’s me and he responded it “then go over there” and I go into that rite aid and they have seen me walk in before because I visit a love one by the cemetery and they close their BAthroom early so I go into that one but that’s the service they give so yea I highly recommend this rite aid on harbor and wilsion thank you for being respectful and nice

My partner and I are what you might call "complex," medically speaking, and the pharmacists here have always gone way, way above and beyond for us, no questions asked. They're patient, helpful, thorough, kind, and friendly. I know everyone in the industry is wildly overworked by now, but I wish every healthcare provider were as diligent and thoughtful as this crew. When we moved out of my last apartment, losing out on our access to these lovely folks was part of our consideration. We wound up staying close by, in the end, and I'm really glad we did, because they've saved our butts more than once.

Covid vaccine website is very misleading. Started the scheduling for a booster and ended up with an appointment for a test. Spoke with pharmacist who was very rude and unhelpful.

My husband and I both received our Covid Vaccinations here back in March and the Pharmacist was so sweet! We really appreciated her, she went above and beyond and we will be forever thankful!

It's been my go to pharmacy for as long as I can remember. I've gotten my meds here, my flu shots, etc. There have been a couple of mishaps here and there but they've been very good about fixing the problem. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean.

I made a purchase a little after noon today. Three items, very simple transaction. In the middle of the transaction she took another customer to a different register rang him up completely and then he left, then she return to us and finish our transaction. When I ask her about why she left to go ring up the other customer she got very defensive and said I was wait on both of you. Wend I told her no you weren't she became very snotty with me. Worst customer service ever.

Stock levels are lower than I've seen in most stores to go to the staff seems to not really like your job but they do have some pretty good prices on booze. don't see him staying in business too much longer. they sell garden chairs for $50 a piece I just can't see anybody walking in there buying one of those things and that store. Their product selection is very strange I don't see them competing with CVS and Walgreens and Walmart Much longer..they need to adjust satisfy a changing market..Maybe go back to the Thrifty's style store and sell mainly American made products..

Only one pharmacist and have been waiting 10 minutes while they’re on their break to get Claritin D! Fortunately the assistant let me know it was in stock before I waited for the pharmacist to come back.

Terrible employees. Completely unhelpful and ridiculously accused someone of “going to steal” when they were at the register to pay! Then when the rude and unknowledgeable cashier said he couldn’t find out the balance of the gift card to be used, the customer said they would call the number and come right back. A “supervisor” said “no you aren’t allowed to come back... because you were going to steal.” Unbelievable!!! Will never go back here again!!!
