DSW always has a good selection of shoes. This location had a lot of shoes in my size, which is not very common (most of the time other locations are out of my shoe size). The only problem was the wait. They had long lines and needed more people to help checkout.

Nice and chill little shopping center. Sometimes live music is played in the plaza, i think on the weekends. There is a movie theater and some good choices of food places to eat. They took out the best part of Metro Point though, which was Barnes and Noble.

The associate that checked us out made a big deal about us wanting a paper receipt vs email. Her face changed and she whispered to her co-worker all upset. It seemed weird for her to get her panties in a twist over something so little. Everyone else in the store was nice, but definitely ended of shopping experience on a negative note.

That said, the selection is big and varied, especially for women's shoes, and if you're looking for a deal, the clearance section is a pretty good size. Lots of Birkenstocks to choose from.

The customer service is so bad at this store that I actually thought we were on that show where they used to try to make people angry to see if they can stay calm for 3 to 5 minutes and win the money. We are in line paying and one of the customers that was ahead of us was being helped and all the sudden it became the cashier's break time and he just walked away and left and said it was his break. And if that wasn't bad enough then the other cashiers told the lady that she had to go to the back of the line and when she asked why she was told because the guy went on break. They must have had three employees arguing with this poor lady instead of just helping her those three employees would have got a long way and help clear the line. Then when it was my time which I would have left if I didn't really need these shoes today first she asked for my phone number said I didn't want to give it and then my email address I said I didn't want to get it and then my physical address I said I didn't want to give it she said she has to have it to complete the transaction. I told her I'm just buying some shoes ring up the shoes so I can pay for them. she then basically told me that some of the customers are ridiculous implying myself and probably the one before when it's employees absolutely amazing I've never seen anything like this.
