I just spoke to a young lady which was a Nike team member over the phone January 12 at 7:35pm I asked if I could return my shoes without a receipt that my boyfriend purchased for me online because they do not fit me. I used to work at NIKE back in 2017 so I already am aware of their return policy but I just wanted to make sure. She was very rude & assumed that I wanted to return stolen shoes. I hope a manager sees this review and retrains their athletes on how to professionally answer the phone.

Nice Nike store. A week a go i buy shoes from this store, & the staff the lady are very helpful ! Looking a shoes my size ,very patient . Do recomemended buy shoes from this store (free 60 day returns) if u dont like the shoes got all your money bạck or change with others shoes . Good deal! Thank you great service , & got me awesome shoes from this store:)

They have so few pairs of shoes to try on available....... I was in hope to try on various pairs of Nike Flyknit of different models, but they didn't have my size which is a standard Women 8! Nothing fancy here. Otherwise, the displayed items are pretty and appealing, and it's a small store.

I was planning on getting a pair of Nike’s prior to coming to this store and the disrespect from an employee and the lack of customer service turned me away. Nobody would ask me if I wanted to try on a pair of shoes and when I went to ask one of the employees he muttered yes and didn’t say a word to me and just scanned the shoes and handed me the box without saying anything and then went over to his fellow co worker and complained that I asked him for help because he was trying to talk to a customer he thought was attractive. My friend was with me in the store and overheard him saying that while I was trying on the shoes. No thank you

Service was good once inside.. just sucked having to wait outside in a line... no real communication or hint of how long.. they just wait for someone to leave before letting another person inside but there wasn't a time limit. I honestly think they could've allowed another 3 people in which would've still provided tons of social distancing but cut the line

I was returning some Nike shoes I bought using my PayPal account; I was told that I can only get store credit or ship them to Nike to get a full refund, so I chose to get a shoe and I was in a bit of hurry so I asked if someone could help me, so the Lady kindly asked the guy who was guarding the entrance to help me quickly; so I guess he was a little upset for leaving his post to help me quickly and worst part doing it with much less enthusiasm. The reason I say this is because, well whenever I go to Nike or my other favorite place (Nordstrom) the guy who is helping me, waits around and asks me if I need another size or if it fits good or not; but this guy only gave me the shoes and with his body gestures I could feel that he wanted to go. So I picked between the two and left. I know they say don’t judge the book by itself cover; so if in the future I happen to go here again; if the service was better I will change my review.
