I purchased a pair of jeans on 8/31/22 amongst other items. Went to exchange or just get store credit. The jeans are still with all the tags. The manager of the south coast store would not budge. I explained to her how I purchase a lot of stuff from Ann Taylor and would appreciate it if they took care of it. Nope! She would not. She said the sku didn’t match I said I was here the day she was there and they scanned those jeans. They are on the receipt. Nope! Wouldn’t do it. I told her how busy I am and can’t always get there. Neatless to say I will not be shopping there anymore. Do these stores not understand busy career women? ~Mary

So disappointed!!! Avoid this place at all cost! Save yourself a trip a go somewhere else! I was here to inquiry about the ao dai for our upcoming wedding. We needed two ao dai(s) for bride and groom and 6 others for our bridesmaids. The young lady at the front desk was terribly rude and disrespectful. She literally yelled at us and said to call or email later. Despite the fact that we were there, interested in ordering our 1st $2000 ao dai, all we received was her bad attitude. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional this place was. I even thought of giving a try to order a custom gown from Thái new bridal line. High cost but bad customer service? $2000 for the bride’s ao dai is not a problem but rude and unprofessional staffs is. I am still interested but very disappointed. ~Vy

This store used to be a more comprehensive representation of the brand’s offerings (all high end) but now specializes in the rarest, which is the Purple Label line (think highly exclusive materials and very limited production volumes, sweaters and such could be around $2,000 and made-to-measure suits past Tesla-prices). The staff are the best, the store is brightly lit and arranged with multiple rooms adding dimensions to the space, the variety of options are impressive and these products have lasted me well over a decade so the investment is worth it! Do your self a favor and never ever buy this bag. Literally, I bought the Motty Grey color ONE WEEK AGO. I wear it for just ONE TIME and when I went back home it was dirty as hell it was a nightmare. The funny thing they didn’t even care when I went to Chloe boutique they just say it’s “Color transforming”, and nothing we can do for you if you want we can clean it for $200 and we can not guarantee how to going to be after clearing it. It doesn’t make any sense that $1000 bag will catch any color through !!! Low-quality items and bad customer service. This is worse luxury brand ever. Even the low-end brand take care of their costumers’s problem better than them. I’ll never buy from them again and you should too. Safe your self a hustle. ~Samah
