I made an online return at this store, 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received my money yet or a email confirmation (nothing) and it’s supposed to take 3-5 business days and yes! 2 weeks ago. I called two days ago asking about my return, a guy took my information and said he’ll be calling me back in 10-15 min (to tell me the status of my return) and I’m still waiting for that call, not to mention that when They were doing my return took forever to process it, worst costumer service EVER!

Do your self a favor and never ever buy this bag. Literally, I bought the Motty Grey color ONE WEEK AGO. I wear it for just ONE TIME and when I went back home it was dirty as hell it was a nightmare. The funny thing they didn’t even care when I went to Chloe boutique they just say it’s “Color transforming”, and nothing we can do for you if you want we can clean it for $200 and we can not guarantee how to going to be after clearing it. It doesn’t make any sense that $1000 bag will catch any color through !!! Low-quality items and bad customer service. This is worse luxury brand ever. Even the low-end brand take care of their costumers’s problem better than them. I’ll never buy from them again and you should too. Safe your self a hustle.
