I purchased a pair of jeans on 8/31/22 amongst other items. Went to exchange or just get store credit. The jeans are still with all the tags. The manager of the south coast store would not budge. I explained to her how I purchase a lot of stuff from Ann Taylor and would appreciate it if they took care of it. Nope! She would not. She said the sku didn’t match I said I was here the day she was there and they scanned those jeans. They are on the receipt. Nope! Wouldn’t do it. I told her how busy I am and can’t always get there. Neatless to say I will not be shopping there anymore. Do these stores not understand busy career women?

Staff are nice. Store is clean. The racks tend to be really crowded so a bit inconvenient to shop but their petite line fits perfectly to me so I keep going there. Happened TWICE already that they forgot to "deactivate" whatever it is that beeps when you go through any store's entrance. It's quite embarrassing to be honest especially when people look at me like I stole something.

It was great I have different body shape and only the pants of Ann Taylor fits me perfectly for almost forty years I have been shopping at Ann Taylor the management are fantastic Ara McLaughlin help me this time she is beautiful friendly and polite. I have been customer service myself and I value good service she was beyond and above. Thank you for hiring professionals.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t work on fixing the shipping issue and store manager Ara Mclaughlin constantly put me on hold and didn’t offer any resolution or help! Ann Taylor you’ve lost a customer for life!
