Been avoiding this post office for the past 6years since buying a home here because the customer service just didn’t exist. The few times I absolutely needed to use the post office was painful and I dreaded ever coming! There is a gentleman that works here now and he is so helpful, pleasant and has such a warm and friendly spirit! I was shocked, relieved and most of all so HAPPY! This location is closest and I now look forward to using the post office! No more searching online for anyplace else to go out of my way! THANK YOU so much for all you do and your KINDNESS! You are so very welcome to this neighborhood and we are so fortunate to have you!

Didn’t had a good experience. Amir or whatever his name is at the front desk is not very helpful and doesn’t want to be bothered. Asked questions and his attitude was rude. No wonder why this place has so many 1 star reviews. I might as well do everything online.

Amir, the man working at the front, is extremely kind, polite, and efficient. I always know that when I go in and see him working that it's going to be a pleasant experience.

Amir is so polite, love dealing with him. Answers all my questions and even made suggestions on how best way to mail gifts to Tennessee for grandkids

If I can put 0 stars I would . Customer service is ruthless by the red head woman !!!! I walked in with a package to be taped and Purchased ; at the time she was attending someone else and said she didn’t have time to wait. This is a federal building that serves the public you would think that they would better interpersonal skills. Please do not go here if you wanted to be treated like your time is not worthy !!!!!!

Rita was nice actually. But only 2 stars. The reason: The weird thing is, I have sent 4 mails, 3 postcards and one letter at the same time. All postcards arrived. Not the letter with a card inside. I assume somebody did take it hoping money is inside. Several reviews online about this issues with usps confirm my suspicion. Furthermore I did send several standard mails without issues...

This is a small Post Office, more of an annex. It is convenient to those who live in the area. Yes, there are sometimes long lines -- that means they are in demand. And yes, since they have only one clerk that must take lunch, leaving the customer to sometimes wait for re-opening. Although I too would like a set-in-stone lunch schedule at this US Post Office, so I know what time to avoid, it is sometimes unrealistic. Reality in workload sometimes dictates when to close for lunch. Other than that, it has the old-time feel of days past. Nostalgic in many ways of when a General Store had a Post Office inside. Beyond that, I have NEVER had an issue with the service or reliability. I buy my stamps there and I drop packages off there every week; packages are kept right in sight of the clerk, in front of the counter. And some of the long lines of people constantly going there are known by name. Of course if these customers felt they would get better service or faster service by driving 20 minutes away, they obviously would do so. Also, like many other Post Offices, free packing tape is a thing of the past, due to system wide cost cutting. I like having this little Post Office in my end of town. I would not want to see it closed. However, those who are not comfortable with how the packages are handled or the service are free to go elsewhere. If another Post Office is able to handle a particular need better, then it is best they go someplace else. We can use a few less people in line :-)

Customer service is atrocious. Hours are listed as having a break from 1:30-2pm, but arrived to find the office shut down with a note saying they'd reopen at 2:30. There were seven of us waiting. The one worker seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else. I handed over a package with pre-paid shipping and informed her that it was already paid, it just needed to be sealed. She barely glanced at it and said it was wrong and I'd have to pay shipping. I said no, it's already paid. Then I had to buy a roll of tape just for one small piece. I don't believe for a second that the post office employees don't have access to tape. Then she had me leave my package out in the open, away from the counter which I'm not comfortable with. I'm glad I have my receipt in case it disappears.
