I would give no stars if I could. My family sent a package overnight from this facility. When it didn't arrive they did not offer any assistance and just stated "it's not heard here there's nothing we can do". Turns out from speaking to other facilities there were efforts that could have been made to influence delivery which the other post office did diligently. Staff was not helpful, would not disclose their names and the initial employee was rude and taken off the call by another employee. Terrible experience and service.

I have always had pleasant interactions at the Berkeley Heights post office. After a terrible experience at the East Hanover post office today (town I work in), it really made me appreciate the high level of service at my local BH post office. Thank you!

Went to this Post Office yesterday and had an Amazing experience with a lady, I believe her name was Tara. The wait was short but she still thanked be for being patient. She offered great solutions for my needs, was very patient ,educated ,knowledgeable and most of all friendly & kind hearted. Great first impression. Highly recommend this location to anyone thanks to Tara’s service.

I was searching for a post office near me on google and this place popped up. After reading the reviews I was hesitant on going to this location but I needed to drop off my package ASAP. I don't know why there's so much bad reviews but I felt compelled to write one when I got home. This post office was very pleasant. The worker's greeted you nicely and service was fast and efficient. The "Chinese" woman was very helpful and not lazy at all! In fact she was clear in her communication with what she was going to do with my package and I was in and out of that building in less than 4 minutes. It was a very good experience and I would definitely use this place to mail other mails in the future.

I never post negative reviews but I had to today. I witnessed the front end attendent treat the elderly lady in front of me very poorly because she was paying with cash. I myself was treated like I was a nuisance. All I wanted to do was ship a package with a prepaid label... Cutting a long story short, I left without shipping my package and shipped it elsewhere. It's a shame that I even have to post this. Better luck to all.

have not received mail since 5/18 today is the 21st. Went down to inquire & the chinese lady told me I have to be patient. I've been waiting for a very important piece of first class mail since last thursday 5/14 sent from Madison, nj just 5 miles away.

Worst post office. The black lady and the other Asian old lady (I apologize I don’t know their names) are rude and lazy. I asked for a small piece of scotch tape, the tape was sitting on the table and they wouldn’t let me take a small piece. Horrible workers and customer service!!!!

Went there to get my passport renewed and the Asian lady said I would have to come back appointment even though i was the only one in there. Came back for the appointment and she was very rude to my mother and I. Finally picked up my stuff and left.
