I ship for a manufacturing company internationally. One Rep in particular M.P. - has returned shipments 2 times now so he does not have to do his job. All Paperwork is attached and I have done 100's of international shipments. M.P. always asks for more documents and more documents are supplied. He still returns these time sensitive shipments. Keep in mind if you are considering using DHL - all boxes are opened with a razor on the bottoms, exposing and compromising the BioPharma parts packaged in a clean room. do not use DHL if you can use UPS expedited. Unless M.P. is investigated further, you may also have the same problems our customers and I have been subjected to.

I have contacted them(dhl Elizabeth facility) many times. They said they have checked the warehouse and there’s nothing they can do for the lost package. The package is a large size package in a yellow plastic bag with dhl logo. There’s a shipping label on the package, besides this shipping label, the sender wrote the tracking number by waterproof pen on the package. How can a large size well protected package just disappeared after the tracking show it has arrived at this facility? Other packages arrived safely. Why only this package with many expensive rings in it disappeared without trace? I’ll keep following this case with this facility and dhl headquarter every single day until it shows up.

I went to DHL today to pick up my package and was greeted by Yakima Ruffin. She was so sweet and her demeanor was so pleasant that she just made my whole day. She was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I hope the next time I have to pick up a package I'm greeted by her.

My family sent me a parcel and it has delivered with doorman's signature but I have not received and no doorman signed. Also, the Proof of picture is not my apartment. DHL told me they will investigate it but after few day, DHL closed this investigation with no further follow up and.....They just said me to contact to sell/shipper and file a claim... Big number for address was written on the box by driver. I don't know DHL did investigate properly. I'm really upset.

I had several pairs of shoes coming from Spain and decided to pick most to all of them up in-person at your DHL facility in Elizabeth, NJ. I came to that facility many times and each time, the DHL associate, Yakima Ruffin was the person that I dealt with; she was OUTSTANDING with every single one of my interactions with her! I happen to work in transportation industry, so I am very familiar with great customer service. All I will say is that DHL is extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful representative of your company in Yakima; she is the epitome of what every company wants….a great, caring, mature and responsible employee executing flawlessly at every stop; BRAVO to Ms. Yakima Ruffin!

Terrible. This is the second time they sent my package to the wrong floor. Says delivered, and when I called they said they would have the delivery person drive back and get the package. I’m in New York and the nearest DHL is in New Jersey. They told me they would get back to me within two hours. Tbh the people on the phone were nice, but the service sucks here regardless.

My experience with DHL located in Elizabeth was great and quick. The associate which is shown below was quick and got me out of the place within less than four minutes. I loved that you needed to see a guard prior to even entering the parking lot of the place. Made me feel assured that my items were safe. Another great factor to the place is the provide parking.
