this store has become a joke, full of disrespectful hispanic girls. today I had to witnessed how this girl (short girl with yellow highlights) working in the store was being VERY and rude towards an elderly lady. she was yelling at her and being not understanding. SHE WAS AN OLD LADY. managers on the store DID NOTHING and after the poor old lady left which she explained that she was sick and couldn't return something on time because she was overcharged, they all started to make fun of her in Spanish. while the disrespectful short lady with yellow highlights that works in this cvs store was all about "oh I don't stay quite" acting like she's the boss of this cvs. I hope she reads this review so she can know she's disrespectful, ratchet and low class with not manners and shouldn't be working in customer service. im all about putting rude customers on their place but the old lady did NOTHING to be treated like that. ill be calling corporation to report her as well. it wasn't funny to witness that and she's lucky that old lady wasn't my mom or grandmother. DO BETTER.

The manager is locking the freezer up because she says people are stealing. The entire store has way more things to take, why is ice cream an issue. Why do I have to call an attendant to open the freezer up. It's pretty ridiculous.

Beware!! this particular establishment is operating without a Security guard on post, which has led to the numerous and often ''occasional'' theft of merchandise , most recently, witnessed a robbery on January 17,2022. all select perfumes gone. comments from multiple customers were ''this always happens," another shopper commented that he has seen a lot of people walking out with items without paying and when asked where is a particular item, some reply with ''they stole it'' . no shopping carts or baskets here, why?, they stole it. employees and customers living traumatized here from so many robberies.

Website needs to be updated i ordered the picture puzzle with customized photo it said it was available and let me complete the order no warning telling me it was not available. Only to have Cvs call me the next day to say it was not thankfully I chose the pay in store option ... Please update your website !!

Received my vaccine there today and it was a great experience. The place was very organized. The wait was nominal despite arriving early. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly John the greeter whose friendly approach calmed my nerves before the vaccine and made the wait time after the vaccine go quickly. Very impressed with their set up as it will help get vaccines in arms even faster. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication, and a particular thanks to John the greeter for a positive attitude that made the experience pleasant!

This place was once good years ago, now it is the worst. Had me waiting over a month for my insulin. Every time i went there i kept getting a different excuse. Its not until i got angry and said something, thats when the pharmacist said ok it will be ready in 15 minutes. Its sad i had to get angry just to get my medication. I felt they were either playing with me, didnt want to give me the medication or were just a bunch of lost people. Its sad what this place has become.

Went to pick up a prescription that was not covered by my insurance and cost $692. I asked the girl who was assisting me (Emily) if there were any discounts to help me with the cost. She claimed they checked through CVS discounts but the cost was higher. I asked her how is that possible when I found it cheaper through “RX Saver” and “GoodRX”. She asked to see it. I gave her the BIN number and ID number and the medication cost dropped $417 in price. The cost was now $275. Obviously they are not there to help customers with medication cost so I recommend that if you have medications that are not covered by insurance or you have no insurance, download “RX Saver and GoodRX”. They will provide you with pharmacies with discounted cost for medications. I just found the same medication $662 cheaper at Stop&Shop pharmacy. Both applications are free.

Horrible service, they have a couple people that they know what they’re doing the others are mad rude and dont know how to do their job, i stopped going there since they told me i had to wait half hour for a medication and i waited one hour and thirty minutes for nothing, because when i asked them what happened with my prescription that i was waiting for so long his answer was that they didnt have it on stock i got upset I needed that pills the same day i couldnt wait since i was really sick, they gave me an attitude and at the end i ask to speak with a supervisor and nobody was there. Today sadly i went back because in the pharmacy that i go they didnt have the medication for my baby i went thru the window they told me that the insurance didnt cover the medication I asked her if she could call the Dr that way they can change it she said !NO you have to call! smh ...knowing that they are the ones that have to call the Dr that way they can give them a new prescription, I used to work in that office so i know how it works, she told me i call in half hour i was like you know what i call the dr, they answered immediately to tell me that they have to call them, i go inside to tell her and she was making fun of me , talking about me and laughing like the health of a person is a joke. I told her that that was really disrespectful cause we are talking about the health of a child that she didnt like her job to quit and to next time if she has something to say about me tell me on my face because it was her job to call not mines since i call the dr and they told me they have to speak with the pharmacist and THEY have to call the office. At the end of the day its a horrible experience to go there they have people that have no empathy with patients and no professionalism.

My doctor sent prescription over, they assist me since I have no insurance. Answered my question dosage and pricing gave them my discount card from my Doctors office located reception. And I was able to be out withing 20minutes. Mind you it's was really busy there, it was day before x-mas. So, I think they did their best to assist pick-ups.
