Came here to drop off something for FedEx. Had to wait a while. slow at the front. no one was at the counter to greet me. Finally one of the workers had to help a customer with an issue so I was able to get his attention once he was done with her. One person at the checkout counter. You have to bring your own box and they don’t print shipping label for you. A lot of sites you order through Say they can scan the barcode but some stores are not equipped for that.I told him it was shipped to me in a plastic bag so Why couldn’t they return it that way. If they’re gonna advertise as a regular FedEx location they should have materials or else you’re better off going to a real FedEx store.

Always a helpful staff member there to accommodate you. The pharmacy is great too... it is better to go there in person rather than by phone, the automatic phone is horrible.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had problems filling my son's prescriptions too many times. Didn't switch because Dad and I get our scripts here as well. However, more than once they not only have his medication out of stock (something he gets monthly), they do not even have the courtesy to call me to notify me they are out of the medication (also not the first time). Then when I call and ask they not only tell me they will have to order the medication and won't have it until next week, the woman on the phone speaks as if it is my problem and not theirs! i will find another pharmacy! I don't need to give them my business or put up with their inconsideration and inconsistency.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. The workers insult the customers. The young man workers who use to work at 4:30 pm of Tuesdays treat very bad to the customers. They are despots. They don't have the education, neither the sensibility to offer a good service.

This place should give to the workers a Human relation course or better should be closed. My parent two elder persons went there today 01/15/2022 for the COVID test and the man there screaming told them that they can't get the test because they are walking and not in the car. How stupid is that, what is the difference? they Are two-person that doesn't drive. In one of the most terrible times of the pandemic. I just ask God that touch their heart and protect their families.

Makes no sense coming here for a COVID-19 vaccine. I scheduled my appointment through the Walgreens app, made it on time for appointment. On the app it states to complete the vaccine form prior to arriving to your scheduled appointment so that way you can just get your vaccine and go. NOPE! The lady at the register tells me I have to complete the form inside the pharmacy as well. I’ve been sitting here for almost 10 minutes now waiting for the form which I ALREADY COMPLETED!! Please do yourself a favor and go else where when I comes to vaccine’s! Almost every Walgreens is just ridiculous waiting for something that has already been done to make it easier for the patient!! ABSURD!!!

I’m truly amazed by the great service this Walgreens has. I will Go as far as saying is the best service of any Walgreens in the North NJ area. The staff is so courteous, friendly and took the time to explain all different alternatives to a product. I been In the drive thru twice and every time is a good experience, unlike other Walgreens in North Bergen and West New York, the staff here really cares about your well being. Truly glad to have found this Walgreens.

After a long journey of an hour in the rain to get my vaccine shot the pharmacy which I had my original appointment ran out of the vaccine . This Walgreens with the help of pharmacist Payal and the lovely ladies in front were able to provide an excellent service making the trip 100% worth it!
