Overpriced and unprofessional I always buy flowers from a florist that am happy with but this mother day I didn’t order in advanced so ended up going to this place. Flowers were not fresh and they have no talent or sense to make flower arrangements got a bouquet and ended up baying over $90 and told them of how exactly I wanted it and it came out nothing like what I asked for and when I got home there was no flowers food and I called and they said we don’t put it unless you ask for it ! What !! Spending close to $100 and u can’t leave two packets of flowers food unless I ask !! Had to drive back to get it. Very disappointed I do not recommend this place

We ordered flowers from “Rose Palace” through Avasflowers.net and they had the nerve to send us the smallest tulips. Then when I asked why the picture on the website doesn’t match the flowers they said they don’t usually match. I’ve bought flowers online and they come pretty damn close. The staff was very nice but I think the owner was an Asian woman, who could not care less with a customer who was unhappy with her flowers. Then the owner proceeded to tell me the flowers will get bigger once the bloom. These small pink tulips aren’t getting any bigger. We had also asked for a bow to be added on the vase but that wasn’t there either. Also it’s 2022, please get some modern vases. I would not recommend this shop to anyone! The pink flowers are what they sent for $67 then on top of the shipping and taxes the total was over $100, the yellow are the one I bought from Traders Joes for $12. This is an expectation vs reality situation.

I ordered my flowers for may 8th Saturday to be delivered that day. The day before mother's day. They never came. Then the next day on mother's day I called and was hung up on. The flowers still never came. I paid over 100 dollars and got robbed. Never again will I give small local businesses my money. Don't order from these people they steal your money.

Zero should be an option! Find anyone else! I had ordered a basket from For You Flowers, who outsourced it to this vendor. When my husband brought it home I was extremely disappointed. The basket on the website showed dry salami, bruschetta chips, upscale crackers, higher quality mustard, almond biscottis and some other nicer items. What he brought home was Heinz yellow mustard, Smithfield kielbasa, chessman cookies, Smuckers jelly, nothing that was in the picture or even close to it. I requested a refund or a replacement basket that was comparable to the picture from For You Flowers which they refunded me. If I had seen the basket I received in the picture, I would have never ordered it. I have used your service a few times before, I never expected this. Honestly it looked like they went to Shop Rite and just chose anything. This vendor then proceed to call me 3 times in the matter of 3 hours during work to get the basket back. I returned the call when I was home from work. The woman was extremely rude and stated they wanted the product back. I told her it was at my home but I was leaving. I provided her with my address and placed it on my porch. They never showed to get the basket. That did not stop them from calling my husband 2 more times after I spoke to the lady. Additionally, she also argued with me about the contents of the basket. Stating it was exactly what I ordered. I explained the differences between what was on the website and what was included. She was very coarse saying this is what is listed by For You Flowers to place in the basket. I could not believe she was arguing with me. Horrible experience... stay away!!!

I saw the price on the website listed as $55 for a beautiful sympathy arrangement with a crystal cross and when my husband went in to purchase it she told him that the price had gone up to $99 and that the crystal cross itself is $20. I told him to ask her what I would have gotten if I had purchased it online and she gave him basically the same excuse that the prices had gone up. The price for delivery is also different in person, it states $9.99 on the website but $15.00 in person. Either they need to update their website or they need to be investigated for scamming people.

DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP! Worst experience I ever had . Is there a zero star option . If there was this is what I be giving them . Honestly sending flowers should be a happy thing to do . Not a struggle . I was yelled at by owner , blamed for them messing up the orther and at the end ruined my friends surprise. I’m not one to complain but in all honestly I would strongly stay away from this place .

I placed an order directly on their website 4 days in advance. On the day the flowers were suppose to be delivered they called me to tell me they did not have the items I purchased. Then they called me again to tell me that they would not deliver to the address they had requested because it was too far. When I pointed out the fact that I should have been advised of this prior to the date of delivery, I was told I should have checked the zip code and that they do not check any of their orders in advance. Very, very disappointing!!!!! What a lack of professionalism. Maybe their website should not allow you to place an order to an area where they refuse to deliver to!

I stopped in here late in the afternoon to buy flowers for my wife and there was still a very good selection to choose from. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were in great condition. Nothing wilted or old. They lasted for quite a bit of time as well when I took them home. I'll definitely come back.
