Small and local place. It was very busy but they got through the line quickly. Food was DELICIOUS and hot. Meat was well cooked and seasoned and the sides were great. Their horchata was some of the best I've had in a while. Steak taco dinner is pictured.

Great food! Helpful staff. There was a HIGE order in front of us, so we had a shirt wait for our food, but still in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Quality has immensely dropped in the past couple years. The food had much more flavor and the service was great. Now the food and salsa isn't as good and the last three times in a row I've gone my orders were always incorrect. I wouldn't given this 5 stars a couple years back but they have really gone downhill. Really can't recommend them anymore. If you want some decent Mexican food give Zacatacos a try. I've had a couple issues with them but recently their quality and service has only gone up. Rip Faro, I hope someday you can go back to what you once were...

Always a treat coming here. Bought lunch for my co workers. First guy to take my order didn't understand a lick of English. Second fellow took my chicken scratch list of 7 different combinations and I witnessed a miracle. I didn't get a chance to write my order down but he heard me add verbally without confirming to me he had heard...they even wrote the items in marker I also didn't get a chance to tell them. Miracles happen outside of 34th street!

When a food is good, I always cannot stop myself but to return on the place and that is why I came back here in El Faro. When I went here for the first time, it is because my friends keep on telling me that the food in here are really good especially their burritos and I was able to confirmed it. It is not the food alone but also the place. The service in this place is great too. The staffs are all friendly and helpful and the service is quite fast even though there is a lot of customers. On my recent visit to this place, I got a steak burrito. They also have other options and their menu is actually wide with lots of different authentic Mexican food options. I got my burrito and they are right on their menu saying the giant burrito because the burrito is a real giant with its huge portion. The burrito is so good that I was able to finish it within a few minutes. Their burrito is good and definitely all of their food and the prices is fair and reasonable. This is definitely one of the best spots in the area. I highly recommend this place especially to those people out there who loves burrito and other Mexican foods and I swear that you would not regret if you pay this place a visit!
