I only had one item & went to the express lane I said Good Afternoon the cashier said nothing As she run my item I said Good Afternoon again & she said nothing again while looking me in my face She gives the total & I then said that was rude she said , "what" I said ohhh you heard that huh, I spoke to you twice & you didn't acknowledge either time, moving forward a HI will suffice Customer service & friendliness 0/10

Needed meat cut up and was told I couldn't purchase any because " the machine had already been cleaned" mind you it was 6:20 pm store closes until 8 !!

I do not recommend buying ANY of their meat. I tried to cook the meat 1day after purchase and it was slimy and rotten. $15 in the garbage, as they do not accept any returns. Sad quality, sad prices.

So today I bought tamales and carnitas for breakfast as I get home I noticed that the food is below average over cook both the tamales and the Carnitas. I bring the food back to get a refund and I’ve been here for 30 minutes waiting for a refund the customer service is horrible obviously they only care about taking the customers money but they can careless about making what’s right for the customer and make a refund. Again horrible customer service beyond disappointing. Oh and I didn’t even get a full refund.

The store is ok, always looks a lil dirty. SUPER over priced. I normally only go when i need something specific, like their sausage, I really like the Tennessee Pride brand, not every store sells it.

Advertise a low price, then they scan it at regular price. They should honor the advertised prices, they are the ones that mark the prices.. The vegetables look very dirty and smelly (Tomatoes,Onions).. I have also seen moldy dry bread.... Some Canned foods have grime/dust on them. I have been suprised with rotten dry peppers fresh out the bag as well, not so fresh... & To top it off, they over price everything... They should provide 100% quality for those prices.

I love shopping at the store for all my fruits and vegetables, meat cuts not found at Jewel or Mariano’s. Always well stocked with variety of what I need for traditional Latin dishes and other cooking. Love how they packaged veggies during COVID—very neat , clean and convenient. Also they have great authentic salsas. The staff are always super nice and professional. I think the green pozole and tacos at the restaurant are tasty and great service from the owner and staff! Try it out. As far as pricing, for traditional American brands or packaged food your cheapest bet is a big box store, but ethnic brands, produce and meats are a great price and great variety.

The tortas suck. They have a new taqueria but the food is not good. The bread was cold and the meat tasted old. I need a refund Torres hit my line. If not yall getting Zero stars.

I'm only giving this store three stars because the staff behind the deli and meat counters are awesome! I absolutely love them. The rest of the store is awful. Including the restaurant if you need to use the restroom. There are several younger gentlemen on the front end who are extremely rude. I called last week to speak to a manager about an issue and was hung up on. When I called back to get same person refused to tell me there name and placed me on hold. No one ever came back to the line. Terrible customer service on the front end.
