Food was as expected, but I had to leave in a hurry after being harassed by a stranger demanding money, inside the restaurant. Does not seem like a safe and peaceful place to eat a meal.

Never had any problems with any of my orders here. Clean dining area and friendly staff members. Usually go through the drive-thru though. Not a long wait either.

my way to start my day is with a good coffee and a good breakfast and here I find all good coffee and the best sandwich

Just left there. Ordered fish meal which is 599. Told me no soft drink available and I said okay. Then proceeded to charge me for ind fish and fry which came to over 8.00. When I went to window said I had to have a drink for that charge and could have substituted. Never said that to me. Fish cold and so were fries. I don’t know why I go here knowing always bad. My fault.

Pretty nice place kind of like an old time diner! Many people sitting around talking. Service with a smile and food is quick and tasted good (Burrito). Thank you.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I've never experienced any type of issues at this location. Foods always hot and fresh. Super busy tho so I do order via app or kiosk.

Every time I come here the staff is very nice. Most are young but friendly and courteous regardless. Food is always hot fresh, and delicious. We all started with a first job that taught us what working really was. Think about that next time there’s an error. It wasn’t done intentionally. Don’t be rude, be understanding. Keep up the good work Berkeley McDonald’s 😊

Ordered a quarter pound with cheese for my daughter, and her brother asked for a piece Thank God he did....it was raw. Threw it away. Left message there and corporate no response yet been 4 days.
