The customer service was great. The guy that helped me was very nice. I was able to get pants tailored same day which was great because I procrastinate and needed them in the afternoon. I will definitely come back here. My pants look and feel great.

Caesar’s Custom Tailor tailored a suit for one of my residents and gave him a very fair price. Caesar had the suit ready when he said it would be ready. I was very satisfied with the work he did.

Horrible customer service. Brough my two dresses in on a Thursday, was told to come back on Monday. Monday rolls around I stop by and he didn’t have the dresses ready, so he told me to come back Tuesday. I decided to give him an extra day, I arrive Wednesday and he tells me that he hasn’t even started. I’m obviously upset so I told him he could have just called me to let me know he hadn’t even started working on the dresses. He hands me both my dresses back and tells me I can go elsewhere if i want service. Beware

Ceasar has been doing custom tailoring for the past 30 years! He really helped out when I needed same day service. Highly recommend.

Caesar does great work, but he isn't exactly punctual. Expect an extra day or two for tailoring of a suit. Definitely give yourself time before sending your items in.
