KOHLS, beginning to make us feeling like they are scamming us. Rating should start with a minus-5 . Because we never shop online. When we did shop there it was Instore. We had not shopped at Kohl's for about 6 months with a Zero balance; yet we got an email to go pay $50 dollars. We call Customer Service they said "we will not email you a bill, but you can pay it if you want," we. Paid it. The next day another email said "you did not pay enough, you need to go pay $187,. Called Khols Customer FRAUD Service and cancelled the card. KOHLS said they would investigate. They told us someone went in the store and purchase a bra and a pair ladies pants. I do not own a pair of pants, I wear dresses. Well Kohl's had the audacity to send me a bill for $215.78 cent on a Close Card.?????? Thats one of the very reason why we shop JCPENNYS.

Kohl's experience was amazing as usual! I go there for a gift for someone and end up spending 200$ on stuff for my kids but to say the least I did get the baby shower gift 😁 ... Sales were amazing couldn't pass them up 🤷🏻♀️

I like Kohl's. It is a nice place to shop. Used to be able to get some really great deals in there. I like the Kohl's cash they give out. I hope they still do that.

Front door needed to be cleaned side wall need to be cleaned. Inside the store was clean saw the in housekeeping and a few employees while my wife y shopping. Talked with some of the sale's people as I walked around

It was really empty compared to other Kohls. It was quite clean, but when you don't have much inventory that's easy. It wasn't less than two weeks after black Friday, which could explain some stuff missing. Maybe this was unusual, but I've never struggled to find clothes at any Kohls. I walked out with one shirt. Very clean and organized. Check. Lots of stuff to buy not so much.

Great place to do your Christmas shopping. They have something for everyone. The store is always neat & organized. If you ever have a problem ask for BECKY. My experience with her was 10/10. Thank you!!

Very nice and clean! The employees I encountered were friendly but the store was laid out in an organized manner so I didn't need assistance. My son and I went to pick up a pair of slacks and a button down shirt, found exactly what we were looking for and ran through the different sizes to ensure best fit and found exactly what we needed.

I went to Kohl's because of a return order to Amazon. The customer service was good. Nice professional people. I looked around because they were having sales all over the store and realized that the sale prices were still too expensive for me. The clothes were not that special to be priced so high, but I guess I'm not their target customer. 🤷🏽♀️ I really can't say much more about the store.💬
