Says the pharmacy opens back up at 2, however I waited and rung the bell multiple times until around 2:15 - 2:20. I literally just want my prescription.

They caused me to be without a VERY necessary medication because they didn't know what they were doing and either lied or were misinformed about being able to fill my script because I was on another medication. Every other pharmacy I have been to since I've been on these meds for the past 7 years have filled to two meds together. So I've been sick and in pain for 5 days because of their idiocy. I would highly suggest anyone go to another pharmacy on earth. What if I needed that medicine to stay alive? Oh and they were very rude on top of everything else. I don't leave negative reviews EVER. So it's serious if I'm doing this. I'd give them zero stars if I could

The women who answer the phone for the pharmacy are absolutely terrible. Just hang up on you with zero warning, no saying bye, just abruptly end the call without asking if you needed anything regardless of if they hear you still talking or not. Talk about zero etiquette and manners.

It’s evident why their reviews are so low. I’m not the one to ever leave bad reviews but the lady that’s as sitting at the drive thru today 12/28/21 was incredibly rude to me. I scheduled a rapid Covid test 2 days ago and no where did it say to go through the drive thru. When I walked up the the counter in fill PPE and said I was there (10 mins early) for my test she didn’t even bother to look at me. She just shook her hand behind her as if she was shooing me away and said “that’s at the Johnston street one” …..which is where I was at! She then said “I’m not talking right now, you have to go through the drive thru.” Mind you I am feeling terrible and just want some answers. She could have shown some professionalism and class. Will not be going here again. Sincerely, a health care professional who would never treat a patient that way.

I consistently have problems refilling medication here. Several times prescriptions sent by my physician were cancelled by staff, requiring my physician to re-send. The pharmacy often seems disorganized…I waited over 20 mins for a tech to shuffle through multiple prescriptions in order to find mine.

Every time I go to fill a prescription, they tell me it will about an hour or so. When I go back to pick it up, they tell me they dont have the medication and they give my paper back to me.... its happened at least 2 times.

I have never had a pharmacy that was so disorganized. I have had my Dr. at 3 different times call in orders for me and this pharmacy can’t seem to get their act together. They either can’t find me in their system, can’t filll the prescription because they don’t have product, and will take days to get medication or I get a text saying prescription is filled and when I go to get it they don’t have it. Why did I ever change from CVS.

Refused to accept my LA wallet ID to pick up medication. The app has the same barcode they scan as the hard copy from the DMV. No point in refusal, I'm not coming back for anything.

My wife came home in tears from the rascism she experienced here. The poor store manager didn't have words for what happened. The white lady in the pharmacy treated her so cruel! We will be making formal reports. I Do Not recommend!
