There was so much ice in my drink they literally filled it up to the top of the lid. Over $6 for a medium iced matcha with oat milk and barely any drink (the pic was even taken after it was melted in the heat). Dunkin’ usually over does the ice but I’m definitely not going back

My experience was good so I thought. I went through the drive thru on 6/29 and purchased 50 Munchkins. When I got home I was very disappointed with my purchase. It was more than I asked for and every one that had been tasted was old. If your gonna give away more make sure they are fresh at least. Tried calling the store to voice my complaint and it went to a voicemail that was to full 🤔. Customer service is at an all time low people. If you don't like your job then don't go to work but don't take it out on innocent people.

First of all, Dunkin needs a retraining for their employees. The employee that served us was not hygienic. The same hands she used in touching money and the register were used to wear the gloves that served my children's donuts...yuck! Recommendation - Register associates should NOT serve food and if necessary, wash your hands before you grab those gloves. Remember cross-contmination.

Nothing special coffee drink was way too sweet for my daughter they didnt have lemon for my unsweetened tea so opted for a soda. Only had bottle soda so got a diet coke

I went there today and they ACTUALLY had powered donuts! I expressed my surprise and they mentioned that the store is under new management!! Thank goodness.

The clerk attitude was great. But I asked for a large coffee light n sweet, 10 sugar n 10 creams. It was neither. They only got 2 stars for the friendly clerk.

The guy employee was nice (so he gets an extra star), but the girl employee just ignored us. We waited quite a while. They had zero donuts and the place just looked back. Had to be the worst Dunkin or Baskin Robbins I have ever been too. It is a shame that this is the only one in Clayton, by the look of it Clayton might not have one at all soon. I don't see us coming back unless this place gets a complete make over and possible new management too.

Absolutely the best caramel iced coffee and doughnuts anywhere! Fast service with no mistakes. I've never quite figured out their app though...

Counters were dirty, chocolate milk was definitely rotten, one of the employees was splashing floor cleaning product around open-case donuts. I'm afraid to even eat any of this. We even went in instead of the drive-through in order to make sure they didn't get the order wrong, like they normally do in drive-through. 2020 really did a number on this place, huh? At least they wore gloves. Guess we're finding a new Dunkin's :(

I like their new avocado toast. I was expecting a thin smear of avocado, but there was a good quantity and it was seasoned perfectly. Yummy!!! I was disappointed in their selection of sugar free syrups though. Not many and odd ones... Blueberry?!
