I will never use enterprise again. I was in a car accident and needed a rental. I received an SUV and they asked if I wanted the additional bumper to bumper coverage. I didn’t know what that was exactly, the manager convinced me to get it. I called my insurance later and they assured me I did not need that coverage. After having it for a week I went in to remove it because they needed to check the car. Two people, a man and a woman, checked the car and told me they removed the coverage. I did not think I needed to write down their names because they weren’t going to do their job. After having the rental for a month, my car was fixed and I had the place I picked my car up at return the rented SUV for me, which was to the Wake Forrest location of Enterprise. When I got charged it was over $500. I never received any receipt for the charges. I called and had them email me one. Looking at the charges I was very confused. I called the Clayton location and they tried to explain it to me. I realized they charged me for that bumper to bumper coverage for the whole month. I told them I had that taken off after a week of having the car and they said they had no record of it. They were very rude to me and had me on hold forever. They refused to refund me the money because they had no record. These people at this location are very incompetent and I will never recommend anyone to go here.

Employees were pleasant but not very honest. After asking the lady helping us ( 3 times! ) if the vehicle they selected for us fit our insurance allowance , we found out on the day of return it did not and there was a fairly large charge . The manager had the “not much I can do for you” attitude and mostly blamed me and my wife , knocked off a few dollars but we were left paying most of the charge. Very dishonest and unprofessional would pick a different rental company if possible.

The short, little guy who works here is truly unprofessional. Received a nice call from a lady confirming my reservation. On arrival, the man, however, was rude and condescending because I chose to use my own insurance. He made a joke about crashing the car and owing a huge bill. He gave me a smoky car that was unbearable. I always rent with Enterprise, but due to the shortage only the Clayton location was available. Avoid this location!!!

My husband was told while he was waiting that a certain vehicle was unavailable and stuck him with a very compact car. Another customer comes in (while he’s still waiting) and is told by the same employee that the same vehicle is available. Not sure what that employee’s reasoning for favoring the next customer over my husband but he should have been given the same respect and honesty for the car’s availability.

Great customer service, made a last minute reservation. Needed full size SUV that could seat 6 with luggage. Only 1 left in RDU area for 4th of July weekend. Albin (sorry if misspelled) assisted us and got us in and out very quickly. Our rental was clean, smelled nice, and rode well. We had a 2021 Chevy Suburban for 3 days, we spent $150.00 in gas going from NC to VA and returning it at the 3/4 mark we left with. Most of our travel was highway so didn't burn as fast. Burned the most driving up the Blue Ridge Mountains going to farm in Thaxton, VA. We had a car seat on middle row along with 15 year old. 3rd row had 7 & 9 year old along with their toys. Trunk held wagon and several suitcases and items with space left to add more.

Very friendly and helpful at this location. They didn't have the car I rented so they upgraded me at no charge. It is the cleanest rental I have had in years. I rent a lot of vehicles and it was nice being in a clean car.
