Checking in & out was a breeze, despite the heavy Thanksgiving crowds. The car was perfect and I was surprised to find a third row of back seats which came in handy during one of our family excursions during the weekend. Clean vehicle. No odors. We’ll maintained.

We rented a Standard SUV for the weekend while in town for a wedding. Most of the vehicle options available in the parking deck for this category were pick-up trucks, which obviously would not have worked. Fortunately, there were a couple of SUVs we could pick from. Everything was great with the rental itself. It served its purpose and (thankfully), the vehicle was not smoky, as they sometimes can be, despite requests not to smoke in them. We had no problems with the car. We stopped outside the airport at a gas station to fill up the gas tank just before returning the vehicle. The gas station is literally 0.6 miles from the terminal. When I got home, I noticed that I was charged for 1/2 a tank of gas by Alamo for not returning it full. I used that much driving half a mile? This is quite a shady practice, and I'm not letting it go. I've contacted them and will follow up with the Better Business Bureau, if necessary.

Had a terrible experience with another rental car agency at the airport after being delayed by the hurricane and almost missing a wedding I was in! However, Justin, was a huge help and showed amazing customer service. I get very anxious about rental car agencies, but every experience I've had with Alamo has been top notch. I will no longer use any other rental car agency. Alamo has me as a customer for life. Thank you so much for your compassionate and caring service!

Loved the skip the line feature. I was able to pick the car up quickly and didnt have to wait in the long line at the counter. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas. When I returned there were two customer service representatives that checked to make sure everything was good. Will rent from Alamo again

Rental deal was great, and vehicle clean. My only disappointment is the customer service people being hired at the counter. The person that helped did not greet me, I was the one that said hello. I do not know what the deal is placing someone that is not customer service oriented or not trained properly. Companies need to be aware that employees like these will bring sales down. By the way, this was at the Charlotte, NC airport location.

First time ever renting a vehicle and had no issues renting a vehicle for the weekend while I was in North and South Carolina. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the car I reserved was there along with two rows of vehicles that I was told I can pick a different one if I wanted. Made my trip that much better having my own vehicle. Highly recommended

I had nothing but pleasant experience with Alamo. The pickup and drop off was easy. I did not have to wait hours for final drop off receipt. It was already sent to my email before I even left the airport. I had no hidden fees (ex. fuel service fee even on a full tank) like you will experience with other car rental companies. Absolutley loved the car and it was clean and sanitized. They even left saniting wipes in the car for drivers. For future rentals I will only go with Alamo. One negative is that their app kept crashing while I was booking.

Worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. One hour after renting discovered there was no oil in the car and a bulge in one of the tires. Called customer service and they said they would have a replacement vehicle delivered the same day. 2 days later I was still without a car and just had them tow it. A member of management was supposed to call me 5 days ago but still have not heard from them. Update: got your response to email you and I did. Unsurprisingly, I have not heard back from anyone after 3 days.

Rentals with Alamo are always a breeze! I love being an Alamo Insider and heading straight to the lot to grab my car. The staff have always been helpful, the cars clean and the facility kept up well. I highly recommend Alamo for your rental car needs!

I had a slight inconvenience during my March business trip. I spoke with Josh and he said he would take care of me next time. I came back in April for business and he definitely took care of me and I greatly appreciated him keeping his word and keeping me as a customer! Shoutout to Josh and his team! I highly recommend this business!
