THANK YOU KEVIN !!!! Tonight Kevin was a wonderful help!! I’m a mom of 3 little ones under 4 and he helped us get 2 brand new iPhones while helping multiple customers at the same time with all very complex issues !!! He not only was able to multitask well but extremely friendly!!! To his boss Nick you have an amazing employee and this man is completely dedicated to helping the customers !!! Jessie helped me get the phone I needed for an awesome price and was able to actually make the experience enjoyable. She’s probably the best customer service representative I’ve ever worked with. I would recommend going to her if you’re looking for a ‘down to earth’ person whose got your best interest in mind. I’ll never go to a corporate store again!

Wonderful experience! Darren took care of my fiancée and I when we went to go upgrade our phones. Nice guy! Treated us like family! Wasn’t pushy but he did explain their promotions and offers that we qualified for thoroughly and easy to understand!

I came to this place to get a new phone, I had read all of the great reviews about this place. I went in and my salesperson was Jessie, she was absolutely great. She got the job done, and got me out within an hour. She is a very kind, outgoing person and the epitome of great customer service. I recommend this place to anyone with Verizon needs. This will be my main store for anything Verizon from now on.

Jessie had exceptional customer service from the very beginning. She was able to set up new phones for myself, my daughter and my mom in record time all while answering multiple questions at once. She was able to look into several pricing options and give us the very best deal. Jessie took extra time to show us emergency features that she felt were important for us to know. I was extremely impressed with her patience, professionalism, competency and her super friendly demeanor. I do not hesitate to give her and the Towanda store (because of Jessie) the highest recommendation!
