THANK YOU KEVIN !!!! Tonight Kevin was a wonderful help!! I’m a mom of 3 little ones under 4 and he helped us get 2 brand new iPhones while helping multiple customers at the same time with all very complex issues !!! He not only was able to multitask well but extremely friendly!!! To his boss Nick you have an amazing employee and this man is completely dedicated to helping the customers !!! I wish I had more experiences like this !! Verizon has a true asset to the company by having Kevin as a team member!
