I typically never leave detailed reviews, but my experience here with Chris Psculkowski warranted this. Long story short I was on Vacation with my close friend, father and 2 dogs this past June in Burlington which is approx. 8 hours from my home in Virginia. We had rented a Car through enterprise (who we typically always rent through) and the day before needing to drive home for work, and we found a nail in our back tire. I called enterprise and opted for their road side assistance option, and was told that they would for a fee come exchange our vehicles tire. Due to the 8 hour drive home I did not want to put on the spare for prolonged high way driving. When the enterprise sent road side assistance gentleman got there he reported they do not complete this type of service and he would only be able to put on my spare tire (which I can do myself). I called enterprise back and this case was handled very unprofessionally when I asked to speak with the manager I was hung up on. Prior to being rudely disconnected they informed me the only other option I could do was take the vehicle to another enterprise for an exchange. I was becoming more frustrated due to the unprofessional behavior of enterprise assistance staff and I also was sending my last day stressed about the safety of myself and passengers and our ability to get back home. When we went to the Enterprise in Towanda they had no cars to exchange with us and were apologetic for this but there was no option of another enterprise location closer then over an hour away. The gentleman at Enterprise recommended taking our vehicle to Tire Choice. At this point I was extremely upset but had no other choice but to go and get the tire exchanged myself. When coming to Tire Choice Chris met us at the door and I will admit I was not the most pleasant person to speak with at this time; but he handled me and my frustration extremely well. All the bays were taken and the employees were all working on cars. When I very unpleasantly inquired about how long this would take (by this time it was getting close to 4pm). Chris ensured me that he would get right on this, and apologized for my experience with enterprise (although he had nothing to do with this). Long story short Chris went out of his way to provide quick and efficient services, and my tire was exchanged in less time then it took me to pay for the services. Chris handled my frustration with enterprise beyond professionally and took his personal time to make sure my tire was changed in the quickest time I have ever experienced from an auto shop. Chris’s personal caring nature and professional demeanor enabled me to drive safely as well as enjoy the last few hours of my vacation. I would highly recommend Tire Choice and Chris’s team to anyone in or out of the area. I am beyond grateful and extremely thankful for his assistance. Chris, THANK YOU!

I love Tire Choice! This is the only place I'll take my jeep. They always take great care of me and my vehicle. They are amazing and have great prices. They are super fast and efficient too. My kids annoy the hell out of them in the lobby lol but they love us

I’ve been going here for over a decade. The current staff is the best I’ve worked with. Very helpful, fair, they explain things well and I feel like they do a thorough job and aren’t after your wallet (which I experienced at other garages). I definitely recommend!

I have been a regular here since before they were rebranded to Tire Choice and have always been treated well. Chris Psculkowski is fair and as accommodating when he can be. (sometimes they are all booked up and there are only a fixed number of labor hours available, but that certainly isn't his fault) Make an appointment and expect a good experience, that's how it works for me. Excellent service. Extremely nice guys I appreciate how they work with me around my work schedule and can get me in around last minute called today for an oil change and they where able to get me right in. I've been going to them for 2 years because they where the only ones who where able to get my tires, quickly and decently priced
