Owner did not live up to his word. Went and sold my very desirable, low miles 14 R1 a week or 2 later and got what I bought for!

This place doesn’t have bad customer service, it doesn’t have any…. Brought 3 of my kids here was looking at getting 2 youth 4wheelers. Walked around for 20 minutes. Got looked at several times but that’s it. 1 other customer in the store 3 guys behind a counter. How do they make money? Avoid this place, why spend hard earned money somewhere that doesn’t care about your business.

Picked up a 2022 Yamaha MT-09 SP on Saturday. Smooth and fast purchase process! Paperwork was all done before I arrived. I signed the documents and Garrett helped me load the bike into my truck bed. This was very easy with their loading ramp. If they have a bike you want, definitely don't hesitate!

Went to look at atv’s for my son. With a check in hand and I walked around for 15 minutes and not a soul in the showroom except one guy who was locked in on his computer…. When I finally found someone and started to ask questions I had to pull teeth to get any information about the atv’s in stock! (Even got an eye roll we hen I asked a question)… yep I’m done here … will never be back again! Lost a customer that would possibly by 3 or 4 atv’s for family adventures!

Stopped by today with great intentions of buying the only KTM 390 Adventure they have in stock and no one could even be bothered to look up from their computer let alone come out of an office to actually sell it to me. I've stopped here for parts for my other KTMs and have always been treated like I was nothing but a bother, too. I guess I thought it would be different when I was trying to buy a whole one.

Steer clear! Apparently they have a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. They sure are! I walked in so ready to buy a bike. Money burning a hole in my pocket. Guy behind the counter was so unpleasant and more interested in sitting looking at his computer/phone to even want to help me get information about any bikes. Just stared at me like I wasn't worth his time. Called the manager and told him and he acted like he couldn't care less. Great customer service here! I've never had to beg someone to sell me a motorcycle like give me info prices, rates anything let's do it, oh well I'll spend my 7k elsewhere. The people at Yamaha, Triumph, KTM of Camp Hill are so pleasant and helpful!!!
